The fatal flaw in our constitutional republic: The founding fathers did not design a system that could withstand what Democrats are now doing to it.

Are there any decent Democrats out there anymore? Are they sick and tired of what the fascist far left has been doing to this country? Have they become thoroughly disgusted by the lies, deception, cheating, and gaslighting promulgated by their side in a headlong pursuit of power?

The election two years ago highlighted the fatal flaw in our constitutional republic — a flaw that only has been made worse this time around. Our system isn't designed to withstand it if one side loses its moral underpinnings in favor of a lust for power and is willing to do anything to win.

Many tried to ignore the problem back then, but it didn't help that leftist liberty-deniers jeered about the issue as preparation for using the same tactics in the midterms.

Now it's happened once again, and the perpetrators have become even more polished in how they've manipulated the system they set up for a long past "emergency." We can no longer whistle past the graveyard of constitutional republics and pretend that we even have a two-party system.

There are those who argue that we should at least try to compete along the same lines as the illegitimate left, but whom are we kidding? Leftists have set up the system to their advantage: a drawn-out election season favors those willing to vote for a living. Activists who falsely think they are "saving the planet" or other such facile nonsense will always outcompete those who are actually useful to society.

Anti-liberty leftists love phrases like "a race to the bottom," so let's look at the end of the slippery slope.

Founders didn’t foresee the power of computer technology in rigging elections.>>> Yes John Daly was a computer expert in Chicago around 1960.

Yes they did too. This system is dependent on virtueebrryonr is blowing off the rules.
People want someone to come in like a benevolent dictator and fix it

It doesn’t work like that. It is a government by the people

Trump intends to come in and bring it back and people are so busy throwing crap at him instead of siding with him. Many expect him to fix everything. The system does not allow for that. It has to come from three branches

If they’re all corrupt it crumbles

Trump tried, along w voters, against Dems and McConnell types to fix the senate

It will go gop in 2024 they say, b/c of the numbers

He got a lot of supporters into the house which flipped

He had fixed the SC who struck down the unconstitutional roe v Wade decision and while many evil state govts are trying to propagandize it, no we do not want abortion. I don’t bymuy it. In any case, since we are not, as a nation, endorsing the murder of innocents any longer, perhaps that will allow God’s Grace

But patience is called for and perseverance. Fortitude. Virtues.

Magadonors have taken over but trump has no one of those to answer to he is the only one abiding the system he has some loyalists now. Work with them

See 24 season 2. All the way to the end. The tag scene after it’s over. There’s a megadonor on a yacht

The activist Supreme Court created this mess with a couple of decisions in the 1960s. Called “One man, one vote” decisions, the Court said it was “unconstitutional” for state legislatures to be apportioned like the US Congress.

That is, the House is apportioned on districts by numbers of people, but the Senate is apportioned so that each state, regardless of size, get only two Senators.

This Supreme Court-created rule means that the large cities control the legislatures in most states. This is why Oregon counties want to split up and join Idaho. This is why Chicago rules the entire state of IL, etc, etc.

This is exactly what the ‘Rat Party is trying to do to the country. Abolishing the electoral college is part of that.

Well, we did stupid things structurally to the Constitution, for example

1. 17th Amendment - Removed the state governments from having a direct corporate say in Federal policy. The senator devolved to nothing more than into another congresscritter. Now more personal career oriented than state needs oriented.

2. Reynolds vs Sims - paved the way for urban centers to dominate and financially exhaust states.

3. Wickard v. Filburn - Which allowed federal regulatory power into almost aspects of state commercial life.

There are some others I could name. These are IMO the most egregious examples.

They never envisioned a country where leftists ENCOURAGE and ADVERTISE for the whole of this world’s third-world refuse enter it illegally and then rob it of every bit of blood, sweat and tears its citizens and honest, legal real immigrants worked for and built.

Joe Biden, by illegally offering bribes of up to $20,000 to well over 18 million voters has corrupted federal elections.

All federal elections in which a Democratic candidate may have won as a result of presidential Amendment VIII violation of due process should have to be redone.

Discussion and compromise is possible when you share a similar moral understanding. When you don’t there is no compromise, there is only war. The constitution is in grave peril.

“In a majority opinion joined by five other justices, Chief Justice Earl Warren ruled that the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause requires states to establish state legislative electoral districts roughly equal in population. Warren held that “legislators represent people, not trees or acres. Legislators are elected by voters, not farms or cities or economic interests.” In his dissenting opinion, Associate Justice John Marshall Harlan II argued that the Equal Protection Clause was not designed to apply to voting rights.”

There was an 1872 case supporting Justice Harlan I believe.

Mail-in voting

typically means trash can and recycling bin fishers get to vote multiple times.

It’s a violation of Reynolds v. Sims IMO.

He is not Gone because he is hated. They’d let him in there if they hated him if he would do as they say

They got rid of him because he is feared. They cannot deal with truth and Trump deals only with truth

Think of it. You go into Manhattan and buy a building with you’re father who is a very respected builder and real estate man along with his father - and mother, who, as a widow ran the business

You buy a building and you’re going to remivate it. Say the commodore hotel.

You ask everyone who built it, maintains it, understands it’s flaws then you study all the flaws. You hire honest construction people to do the work, but you’re overseeing it you’re putting your family name on it.

If it falls apart, if people get hurt or lose property it’s on you

You have to deal honestly

Trump has been watching this mess just like any of us. When Romney lost he was done and decided to explore the possibility- if I remember the specifics right

He is taking an old broken system apart in order to restore it to better shape utilizing the original structure The system is resistant. It’s like pest infested. They don’t want to go.

Anyone who reads any propaganda or passes it along is not seeing or understanding the behavior of pests

I grew up in and around Manhattan as did 3 generations before me. Perhaps I have a unique perspective. But I can’t really. It’s common sense

Watch the speech. Trump says we are going to fix this. Believe him

Mailing out of ballots year after year to people beyond caring or even dead is the biggest election problem.

Once the federal elections in a calendar year have been decided, a new voter request should be required.

No new Congressional funding to the USPS should be given until that problem is fixed.

They have been all along. Many BCPs are abortive. When the rules catch up to that it will be done.

It will take patience and fortitude to fix a 50 year old system rife with big money for pharm and beg power for politicians

Exactly right. The Founders did not anticipate the need to guard against cheating. This is why Mike Pence’s hands were tied - you either follow the constitution or you don’t.

Yes,all true.

If there hadn’t been a 17th Amendment, I don’t think that case would have seen the light of day. It would be easy to argue that state senate representation used the same principle as the federal Senate. Such representation was in fact guaranteeing each state to have a republican government.

No, but I'm sick and tired of people who are ignorant of history and who keep calling communists "fascists".

The founding fathers didn’t design a system that was impervious to cheating because such a system is impossible. The founders warned us over and again that our system can’t work if the people are not moral. Now we have the broken system they warned us about. Rome is burning down.

"The fatal flaw in our constitutional republic: The founding fathers did not design a system that could withstand what Democrats are now doing to it."
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
To the contrary about the founding fathers, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention wisely never gave constitutionally low-unformation ordinary citizen voters the power to elect either federal senators or POTUS, powers that citizens now have. Delegates gave citizens the power only to vote for House representatives as a constitutional check on the House's unique power to original appropriations (tax) bills.

But now that low-information voters have won the power to vote for federal senators and the politically correct state power to vote for POTUS, apathetic citizens have arguably thrown themselves under the bus for helping to foster elections allegedly stolen by desperate Democrats and RINOs.

“Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)

Constitutionally low-information, post-17th Amendment ratification patriots are now sleeping in the bed that they have made for themselves.

Thank G-d for Trump 47.
