The deficit claim is due to adding trillions in new spending right off the bat. It was one time payments in many cases now they are trying to claim the difference as cutting. It is the same crap Obama pulled.

The operative measure of economic health is deficit / GDP.
The only effect presidents can have over this measure is to encourage vs discourage free enterprise. That affects GDP. Biden has massively discouraged free enterprise.
Deficit spending is completely in the hands of the House of Representatives. The House has been controlled by Biden’s Democrat allies. With the help of RINO Republicans the Democrat House has spent us the rest of the way into this mess.
Nope per citizen figured one way, then per taxpayer another way. A family of four (if they exist anymore) would in theory have a debt of 4 x $94,231 = $376,924. A dual income no children couple would have a debt of $248,582 or $497,164. I prefer to look at it per citizen because working or not we are all held back by it one way or another.
