President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Ukrainians to have “patience and faith” in a defiant Christmas address after a deadly wave of Russian strikes pounded the southern city of Kherson.
Ten months into Russia’s war on Ukraine, Zelensky spoke of endurance and pushing through to the end, while acknowledging that “freedom comes at a high price.”
He urged the nation to stand firm in the face of a grim winter of energy blackouts, the absence of loved ones and the ever-present threat of Russian attacks.
Zelensky’s message came after Ukrainian officials said Russia had launched deadly rocket strikes into downtown Kherson on Christmas Eve, killing at least 10 people and injuring dozens. Zelensky described those attacks as “killing for the sake of intimidation and pleasure.”

Those who question the words and the reality need to read this and ask when you would ever have criticized heroes defending their country against terrible odds and violence.

Two thing is crystal clear from the 9+ months war in Ukraine.
1) NATO is a paper tiger having invested much smaller fraction of their GDP in military
2) USA is now has biggest debt in world history with national debt 160% of GDP. Prestty soon the cost of servicing this debt with exceed Trillion dollars every year for infinite years. Every dollar sent to corrupt Ukraine adds to that ugly debt.

Saturday was marked by a very hard landing on Kherson. At least 8 civilians were killed, 20 seriously wounded, about 50 wounded. 🤦♀️
Kiev blamed Russia for the strikes, but GMLRS missile elements from U.S. HIMARS rocket launchers were found at the site of the shelling.
This is proven by the traces of the arrival of the defeat elements in the cars in Kherson. The Russian missiles used in Ukraine have differently shaped defensive elements.
It turns out that Zelensky’s army itself shelled the city, which it officially considers its own. Why? The answer is simple - they need a picture for the West, for their sponsors, to increase the attention to Ukraine in the world, to form once again the “right” view and the “right” public opinion.

As per tradition, Kiev blames Russia for the attack, despite evidence of fragments from US-supplied HIMARS multiple rocket launch system being found at the scene of their horrendous crime.
During his speech he praised his decision to put their constitution on hold.
