Under normal circumstances, the 4 day limit should be more than enough. Right now I am lucky if I get mail once a week due to the worker shortage at the USPS - as is just about everyone else in MN.

You won't convince me that mail-in balloting hasn't aided and abetted vote fraud. My neighbor received three ballots in 2020 at her residence, one for someone who hadn't lived there in a decade, the other was unknown.

The only reason military ballots shouldn’t be counted within four days is if the military member did not leave sufficient time for their ballot to arrive before election day, or if the military postal system deliberately delays the ballots. The extra four day leeway is built in incase the ballot you mailed to get there before the election is delayed. Six days less to cheat in the election will not affect many ballots.
