Or silver - 40 pieces. I didn’t know Joe owned Ukraine and could give it to whoever and however he pleased.

“And the U.S. has what right to offer Russia any part of any country???? None.”
It has NOTHING to do with right or wrong. That’s for children.
It has to do with US interests. And US power.
Ukraine will take any deal we TELL them to. Because without our support they cease to exist and all politicians and officials of their government hang.

A year ago, the Russians would likely have accepted this offer so long as they had guarantee of Ukrainian neutrality.

I wonder, is this 20% the part of the Ukraine where the U.S. doesn’t have biolabs?

If Biden pulled military funding from Ukraine, it would have no choice but to accept anything we negotiated. That what needs to be done.

We bought Alaska from Russia.
(We stole Hawaii at USMC gunpoint, “manifest destiny” etc.)
Russia bought Crimea from the Ottomans before we ratified a Constitution.

No Ukriane does not have to take demands from the U.S. and it is not in U.S. interests at this point to make such a demand. By the way, both Russia and Ukraine rejected the idea.

This story was likely leaked for political cover. Biden’s own democrat base is getting very restless. Many democrats want an end to the war. If I had to guess, it’s likely a “planted” story that is completely false. Biden’s WH has received a lot of criticism for not trying to broker peace and what do you know, according to this story, they did. Yeah, right.
To: fluorescence
If this were/is true, then either a) Putin would be crowing about how the US has abandoned Ukraine and is begging him for peace, or b) Putin is considering the offer.
