Let’s see, among the black political prisoners who suffered longer and more horribly than did Nelson Mandela we have: Ignacio Cuesta Valle, (29 years) Eusebio Penalver, (28 years) Antonio López Muñoz, (28 years) Orestes Perez, (28 years.) Have you ever heard of any of them?
Don't look for this from The Congressional Black Caucus, Black Lives Matter or anywhere in the mainstream media including (especially!) The History Channel or PBS, but the second in command of the freedom-fighters who hit the Bay of Pigs beachhead 63 years ago was a black Cuban (and subsequent U.S. citizen) named Erneido Oliva. In 1993, Oliva retired from the U.S. army with the rank of major general and in 1987, President Reagan appointed him deputy commander of the District of Columbia National Guard. Gen. Erneido Oliva passed away in 2020 at the age of 87.

I think WHITE HISTORY MONTH and a Julyteenth White American holiday are way overdue. We need to get JO JO the Pedophile and his ho off their asses and get them busy celebrating the people who really built America. Not built “better” as FJB wants but we built it GREAT! What did Mandela do? As for being a prisoner, he sure showed up at Cambridge and on tours outside the country while he was locked up. He was a near exact duplicate for Biden, and stiff grin, and communist takeover. I am sure glad that South Africa is free to be sold off to the highest Chinese bidder, and to kill whiteness.
South Africa is just how it is in the US right now. Soon the invaders will want full rights, not just for their children. They will riot and murder their way into power. Think it can’t happen here? It is already underway. From kneel in support of “dark man good”, to kneel in service to the “darker man”.
Good for you! Of course there is no “Black History” or “White History” - just history reported from different perspectives. Ask any Israeli who was the first Country to recognize the Jewish State and you will get an education as to their political leanings. If they are left, liberal, communists, etc., they will say Russia. If they are Western, Conservative, and God Fearing, they will say the United States. In reality, it was matter of who declared first and in what media.
Mandela deserved to be in prison. He was the head of the terror wing of the African National Congress, a revolutionary communist movement. He was responsible for receiving bombs and bomb-making material from the Soviet Union and was responsible for at least 150 bombings in South Africa.
I think “Juneteenth” is a white American holiday. We should all remember that the slaves in America did not free themselves, all the posters with an upraised black fist notwithstanding. White people freed them at the cost of a lot of blood and treasure. Is it racist to point that out.
You want an under-appreciated great black man to celebrate? Vivian Thomas was a high school educated black janitor who largely invented heart surgery.
He taught Dr. Alfred Blalock how to operate on my older brother who was three years old at the time in 1946. Look him up. He’s a wonderful story.

I stopped reading when Mandela’s name was mentioned. He was a genuine murdering terrorist. A couple years ago at a campgrounds I had a chat with a South African (born in Rhodesia), and I had to ask if this old commie was the terrorist the internet claims him to be. And the answer was yes.
Mandela’s early life has simply been rewritten and regurgitated over and over that most people believe him to be some sort of hero that equates to MLK or possibly greater. MLK did not resort to violence to achieve his goals, for that I respect him.
Robert Smalls. Look him up. Genuine hero.

Neither would they know Walt Williams, and if they did they’d tear him down faster than Sowell. He supported the Confederacy.
An excellent black person to put up is Ben Carson. But since he ran as a Republican and stayed in Trump’s cabinet, he’s a no-no.
See if ANY of them are Republicans. Clarence Thomas, Condoleeza Rice, even Colin Powell. Most obvious examples.
