Former Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) criticized Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Saturday amid news that former President Donald Trump expects to be arrested.
“Alvin Bragg may very well be the most dangerous, divisive, incompetent, and compromised District Attorney in America. On Day ONE, my FIRST action as Governor would have been to tell Bragg he was being fired,” Zeldin wrote in a social media post.
Early Saturday, Trump announced he expects to be arrested this week based on “illegal leaks” from the Manhattan district attorney’s office, Breitbart News’s Ashley Oliver reported.

Saying this is better than ignoring what Bragg is doing.
Not at all- Zeldin was saying this ALL throughout his campaign. I was at a rally two weeks before election day and he was saying he would do this if elected.
No surprise it was Manhattan, the Bronx and Brooklyn who were solely responsible for keeping that cowardly hag in office.
The statued of limitations on this BS case expired TWO YEARA AGO Bragg literally has NO standing..heck even Cyrus Vance Jr didnt even bother prosecuting this because he knew there was no case and he hated Trump too
It isn’t just Zeldin. Did you read McCarthy’s comments, even mentioning Soros? It sounds to me like Republicans are finally saying enough is enough.

Queens actually did a good job for Zeldin. If Zeldin had won the same % of votes in two of the other three (bronx/brooklyn/manhattan) he received in Queens, he would be governor today.
