xas RINOs are attempting to remove Attorney General Ken Paxton through an impeachment vote by alleging some weak corruption charges that center around allegations of aiding a wealthy political donor, conducting a sham investigation against whistleblowers, and covering up his wrongdoing in a separate federal securities fraud case against him. Ken Paxton is a staunch conservative and a strong supporter of former President Trump.
The real reason they want to impeach Paxton could have something to do with this:

Trump inherited it from the Tea Party, but has lost his anointing over his support of the vax, endless government spending, and gay marriage.
There is no compromise. GOPe is more like Democrats than they are like so called ‘MAGA’Republicans.

as an fyi, the progressive party was the party aligned with the german nazi party pre WW2. they were the ones to bring the nazis to madison square garden before the war. after the war, once everyone saw how bad nazis were, the progressive party vanished... only to re-emerge inside the democrat party around 1962 (i attribute the date with Reagan’s famous answer to why he left the democrat party)
and i wouldn’t be surprised if they killed Kennedy in order to shock the nation and distract the world while they take over the party. sometime in the late 70s/early 80s they infiltrated the republican party as ‘big tent republicans’.

The vote was so overwhelming to impeach Paxon, it’s hard to believe it’s RINO vs MAGA, unless the RINOs are that much of a majority in Texas.
The pharmacy angle also doesn’t really sound right either, Florida has a similar investigation going on and no one has been impeached, in fact there is almost no news about the investigation going on.

121-23 to impeach overall
60-23 by Republicans to impeach
61-0 by Democrats to impeach, which you would expect
The vote by Republicans to impeach was nearly 3 to 1 in favor of booting Paxon, that is a lot of money to buy off that many Republicans.
How much money could be raised to impeach Trump and the Republicans didn’t vote in that big of a number as Texas did.
Desanctimonius- where are you? Is this the type of support we can expect if you are the head of MAGA? Answer, no because MAGA will be no more.
You failed to mention the Te at the outset.
I would agree with that except that Governor Abbot has been totally silent on the impeachment. No words of encouragement or support. Why? If it were just the Bush machine, then he might have said something.
Abbot is weak.
The only other option is the are true and Paxon is crooked.
I have no idea about the charges, just trying to understand what’s happening in Texas.
