In an incident on Sunday evening in the Liserons district of Nice, French police made a disturbing discovery. They found a cramped room where around forty innocent sheep were held captive. The sheep were intended for a barbaric ritual sacrifice associated with the Islamic holiday of Eid el-Kébir, also known as Eid al-Adha. The incident sheds light on the plight of animals during this bloody period.
Authorities found the cramped apartment, owned by Côte d’Azur Habitat, containing these defenseless animals. The room’s tiny dimensions highlight the deplorable conditions where the sheep were being held. One of the sheep had already suffered a brutal fate, with its throat slit, as a part of the Islamic sacrifice.

Animals’ throats are slit all over the world, and it has always been done by every religion. People eat animals, including probably you. (And there are people who believe that any slaughter of animals for food is ‘barbaric’.)

No problem. I watched it for you. No sheep were injured in the video. It was just the picture of the sheep and a report by a moderately attractive French reporter, speaking French with English subtitles.
It was a tough job, but I was proud to do it for you.
It is considered a humane way to slaughter animals. It is very similar to the kosher slaughter of sheep.

Incendiary? No that's what is going on all over France in the past couple of days.
If you find that objectionable, maybe you should just avoid the news from France, or maybe you could actually do something like help them put the fires out.

I’ve known Muslims. They kill it to eat it. They have a big feast, a huge party.

I have absolutely no problem with Muslims killing sheep, in any way they are happy to do it. And if they are going to eat them, all the better!

Yeah, you'r right on both counts.
It’s arguable that hunting is more barbaric than just slitting the throat of a contained animal. In the latter case, if it’s done well, the animal doesn’t really know what has happened, and doesn’t undergo a lot of fear and pain.
I’ve been in the woods where lousy bow hunters have left blood all over the place while they chased and shot over and over again.
Fear and pain are the main problems with death - for animals AND humans.
