The Clintoon regime and the Obola regime worked overtime to filter out talent from the military. I expect we’ll find the BiteMe regime is doing the same.

So he is saying if they don’t get promoted, they will up and leave the service. Not a very inspiring example of patriotism is it.

I hear you but some civilian jobs can be pretty demanding too. Aside from family considerations burnout can be a real problem as well.

I had one of those civilian burnout jobs... with fed gov’t no less. Retired pretty much as soon as I could before it killed me.
