You do realize that now according to your “logic” the CEO of Angel is “defending child molesters”. Since he says there’s no conspiracy. And in your twisted world that’s all it takes.

You remain WRONG
And a LIAR
And really quite pathetic.

Each theater does not have independent AC units.

Ever hear of a thermostat? They are pretty neat and can set different temperatures for different rooms. Man what a time to be alive.

The AV Club missed the really interesting question: how would the film have done had Disney released it?

The Mouse didn’t produce the movie. It’s safe to say that Disney wouldn’t have gone near this project. But Disney ended up with it after buying the the distributor that had purchased the rights. This was just the Borg swallowing another competitor. But Disney now owned it.

Disney shelved it. I suppose the mentally ill, woke block of Disney’s employees would have rooted had The Mouse come out against child sex trafficking, especially when known Chistians were involved.

Disney at least sold the rights back to the originators. But Disney is hemorrhaging money. And it walked away from the biggest sleeper hit of the year. Bob Iger should be asked about this in every interview.

The fact that Disney shelved it opened the door for a brilliant counterculture marketing strategy. The people behind this film have played their cards perfectly. The left is totally off balance and flailing.

You must have missed this, or willfully ignored....

Prudent, considering for them to do otherwise would not only feed the conspiracy

narrative that says the eyewitness reports are false

but also open them up to litigation.

AMC was fielding a variety of rumors, ... in order to make viewing the movie an uncomfortable experience, as part of a narrative that someone was trying to “stop” people from seeing the film.

Considering how much a movie theater has to pay for the films they show, there is no way in hell they are going to deliberately create an uncomfortable environment in order to keep people from coming to view the movie.

It’s the kind of number that demands a response, if not outright imitation; it remains to be seen how Hollywood will respond to this new competitor in its midst.

What a shame! Hollywood is on strike! Too bad so sad. Hopefully it will be another 10 years before hollywood is back

Oh I saw it, that’s why I laughed at it. Because that makes YOU a pathetic hypocrite. He says there’s no conspiracy. Which you say makes someone a defender of molesters. Oh except for him that’s “prudent”.

So you are:
wrong
and a liar
and a hypocrite
and just generally a useless waste of flesh

Well it’s been fun outing you AGAIN

Buh bye LIAR

Part of the whole deluxe dinner theater conversion.

That's a whole different animal. I doubt the individuals complaining are going to these new LUX theaters.

Want a pretzel? It'll cost you $12.....LOL!

Yes, it would be a challenge.

Maybe I can just purchase tickets at my local theatre and have them give the tickets to "needy" customers when requested.

Anyone have other ideas? The movie is definitely worth seeing.

It probably does tell you how many are left for each show.

both showed me a seating chart and told me to pick my seat?

Give me the website to those theaters and their seating chart before I can make an additional comment. Thanks

We went to SOF last week. During the movie, the sound became scrambled and then the image froze. The theater said it had to be re-booted. It restarted after about 10 minutes near the spot it froze.

They don’t have to be deluxe at all. Where I do the vast majority of my movie watching they call themselves dine in theater, reserved seats, that are recliners, with a small table that spins around (basically mounted TV tray) and a menu that’s basically bar food. And many of the older theaters have been converting. AMC keeps threatening to go to zonal pricing, so “good” seats will cost more, which of course will also require reserved seating.

“Festival seating” for movie theaters is on the way out.

Our preacher bought a roll of tickets and gave them out to anybody who wanted them after the Sunday sermon.

Could be the numbers are fake, too, because this:

Will we ever know the truth ?
