Nope. He was completely condescending in his remarks. He has yet to even put forth some simple questions like:
Why, if we are the good guys, essentially lie about Trump and Russia, and never call out the Intelligence Services and Media that hindered his Presidency and ruined good people over a lie? Why did we turn our back on illegal government spying of political candidates?
Why if we are the good and smart people have we not questioned if the process that started before Trump was inaugurated has never actually stopped, and what have we the smart people done to ensure it doesn’t?
I (Trump hating reporter) believe Trump is a monster because of Trumps reactions to the above, or because I believed the lies, or because I believe that those actions are justified against any candidate I don’t agree with? Which one or all three?
Why did “smart educated reporter” support a candidate that used his position to sell his country and people out to foreign powers for money, yet hate Trump more, when it was lies that these same people peddled- Biden and DNC?
When the”smart people” start addressing those fundamental questions, then I will go with self reflection. Otherwise it’s just an attempt to explain why the “stupid people” don’t see it correctly—ie the elites way.

I've read the same thing about newspapers in England. There were always upper class folks hired directly as reporters -- Winston Churchill for one -- but a lot of the reporters started out as errand boys in the print shop, or mail clerks in the office. It was very possible for a 15 year old school drop out who went to work for a paper to become a reporter, and not impossible for one to end their career as an editor. But by the 1970s, new reporters came exclusively from the ranks of university graduates.
The curriculum of journalism schools these days is a cross between the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf.

What is so intellectually brilliant about creating imaginary genders, brainwashing young children by teaching them that they may not be what they are and then change the language to reflect their liberal idiocy by creating dozens and dozens of new pronouns and forcing the children to use them under threat of suspension? Brooks and his peers are delusional morons and we are supposed to follow them off the cliff like mindless bisons.

The elite institutions are focused on incompetence and couldn't care less about the bottom line.
The reason we know the Biden type and the ‘elties’ don’t is because we dealt with his type. When the ‘Biden types (working class borderline criminal) are around elties they don’t show themselves - they butter the ‘elites’ up.
And the ‘elties’ being the easy to fools types are sure they deserve the praise and fawning. That means none of the private school types - fawned over their whole live ( with powerful parents) would suspect a thing.
We look at Biden and can’t believe it’s not obvious what a manipulative bully he is.

2 Re what is Brooks going to do about his admission. Go on The Apology Tour, as in cave-in, apologize for telling the truth, and get down on his knees, begging to keep his job.
