Fulton County Prosecutors Have Messages Connecting Trump’s Legal Team to ‘Voting System Breach’ in Coffee County… For Examing Voting Machines

Fulton County prosecutors will present text messages and emails to the grand jury connecting Trump’s lawyers to a ‘voting system breach’ in Coffee County, according to a leak to CNN.

Georgia prosecutors are preparing sprawling racketeering charges against Trump over his effort to challenge the 2020 election in Georgia.

Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call.

..... Snip.....

Recall, The Guardian recently reported Fani Willis will pursue the indictment on statutes related to “influencing witnesses and computer trespass.”

The exact evidence is unclear, however, the computer trespass charge is related to efforts to access and examine the Dominion Voting Systems machines in Coffee County.

The ‘influencing witness’ charge may be related to Trump’s phone call with Brad Raffensperger.

Since Coffee County is outside of Fani Willis’s jurisdiction, the racketeering statute allows her to cast a wider net.

So now examining the voting machines is a crime.

According to CNN, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton, former NYPD Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, attorney Katherine Friess and other employees from Sullivan Strickler, a law firm hired by Trump to examine the voting machines, are all targets of prosecutors.

Freiss reportedly sent a “Letter of invitation to Coffee County, Georgia” to Bernie Kerik and others to examine the voting machines.

Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton is now a target because she warned the voting machines could be “very easily” manipulated to flip votes.

Fani Willis is going to charge Trump along with MULTIPLE defendants with her indictments this week.

Willis will seek more than a dozen indictments against Trump and people in his orbit.

Everything they have, not just at Trump but at conservatives all over the country.

They are going after a huge chunk of top level conservatives in Michigan.

Actually, it would probably be much harder to count by hand.

In the 2022 midterms, Florida had over 10 election races on the same ballot, Governor, US Senate, US Congress, other statewide offices, local offices and over 10 constitutional amendments.

7.5 million people voted, conservatively 75-million-line items would have to be counted and totaled, if 1 or 2 races per ballot had to be counted then it would be relatively easy, but when it’s 10 or more, humans doing mundane things like count votes are prone to mistakes.

...but nobody else could “flip the votes”? Many had access, I thought the claim was that they were “secure”? Yet Trump associates were able to gain access and “flip votes”? Wow...they’re admitting that it’s easy to flip votes but now claim it must be the other side doing it.

You can’t put anything past these people. They’re projecting their own crimes onto others and will gladly throw them in prison - although they probably need to because if PDJT wins again they know what’ll probably happen to them.

This is war and only one side is fighting. No wonder Andrew Breitbart died ‘suddenly’.

I think we should all not vote. That’s a non violent response that will put none of us in prison.
If we could make it a large enough percentage it would make some kind if statement.

Alternatively we all write in something ridiculous like
the leader of a banana republic.

How many recounts by purely left wing votes happened in FL after SCOTUS reuled in Bush v. gore? Votes had already been recorded and weren’t being changed by GOP here. They were checking logs for evidence fraud had already been done. Sure I recall the GOP nerd rush when they changed the chad counting room in 2000. We were mad AND we were strong enough to both force the issue and force media coverage. But when we’re were effectively blocked out from poll watching a supervising the counting in Detroit, in Philly, in Atlanta, in Phoenix and elsewhere in 2020 our voices went unheard. Don’t whine to me about unheard rat voices when the whining DA is from the jurisdiction too dumb to recognize they needed to turn off a second set of security cameras before committing the real frsud they caught which this DA ignores.

Before the SCOTUS ruling in 2000, I think there had been recounts and I still remember the one poll worker with thick glasses trying to gage if the chad and been pushed out enough to count it as a vote.

The point was, after the SCOTUS ruling, Gore shut it down and moved on, the Democrats then began a campaign to completely change the election system.

Richard Nixon despite credible evidence of cheating in 1960 quickly conceded, came back in 1968 and won the next two elections.

Trump could have moved on and 2020, plotted his return and develop a strategy to overcome the problems in 2020, now the vast majority of his campaign money is used to pay legal fees.

The more time we talk about 2020 and not the complete disaster Biden is then Trump chances of winning go down.

If members of Trump’s team could breach the voting machines, so could any other group, which obviously were more sophisticated.

This claim proves Trump is right about the machines being breached by outside parties, or even by government election officials.

“ Show me where i said that…”

“ that’s why we have poll watchers and people from both parties observing the counting”

According to you these people have a right to know and no one else can without a court order.

Sounds rather extreme.

“ You simply can’t allow anyone without a court order, especially lawyers and other people…”

Only the anointed can have access to the secret inner sanctum.

I don’t think you understand what you write.

Nixon was hardly rewarded "because of" his nobility regarding 1960's fraud. It took eight years, multiple assassinations, the incumbent botching a war, and a very divided nation to bring Nixon back. And even then he remained hated by the left for having been correct about many a communist on their side back in the day. Their hate instead was eventually rewarded. The problem with praising Nixon's decision not to fight an election he very likely really won (Daily stealing IL and LBJ stealing TX), is that the lesson the left took from 1960 was "cheating works." They'll keep following that lesson until made to pay a big enough price for it.

For decades, albeit post Nixon's time, the GOP was further limited by a rotten consent decree which prohibited them from even trying to fight back. That only ended when the octogenarian lefty judge maintaining it finally died. Trump is not only the first Republican to try to fight back, he's the first in decades allowed to fight back.

Perhaps he could fight better, but he's figuring it out as he goes and and an awful lot of reasonable attempts have been summarily blocked by embedded forces of the left.

The fact is Nixon lost under dubious circumstances, conceded, then came back and won, that is a fact all the other rationalizations are just that

No chain of VALID custody for those voting machines since they were used for the election in question.

The fact also is that Nixon’s concession has not stopped the “dubious” (to use your polite terminology) side from being dubious many times since. They’ve just gotten more dubious and are happy with it working whether or not the (relatively) honest side concedes.

In 2017, a woman sued conservative actor, James Woods, for misidentifying her as a Nazi in an allegedly libelous tweet. The tweet included a photo not of her but of a different woman giving a Nazi salute while wearing a Donald Trump t-shirt at a campaign event.

The court ruled in favor of Woods under the “innocent construction rule.” She appealed, but the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit upheld the ruling.

The “innocent construction rule” requires courts to consider a written or oral statement in context, giving the words, and their implications, their natural and obvious meaning.

If a statement may reasonably be interpreted innocently, it cannot be actionable per se. [Republic Tobacco Co. v. N. Atl. Trading Co., 381 F.3d 717, 726-727 (7th Cir. Ill. 2004)]
