Just a few articles I found.

https://www.navalnews.com/naval-news/2023/05/innovative-submarine-drone-is-ukraines-new-weapon-against-russian-navy/

https://news.usni.org/2022/10/11/suspected-ukrainian-explosive-sea-drone-made-from-jet-ski-parts

Even though we know both sides are waging massive propaganda wars against each other, we do know that UAVs have been used extensively in the war.

It only makes sense to adapt them to operate in water.

Even if you can’t sink a ship, you can damage it enough to put it out of action or to back off putting it out of range with a relatively few cheap drones especially when the enemy has little to no defense against it.

Thank you for sending.
Do we know if any of these UAV’s etc have actually been used with success?

from the naval news article, there is a sinking of a ship called the Moskva which of course is clouded in disinformation, but from wikipedia (which may very well be disinformation in itself), it was destroyed by a traditional anti-ship missile, not a jetski/drone or other new tactic of modern warfare.

If our Naval defense research labs haven't been completely occupied with drag shows, they will have developed some deadly torpedo drones that, in groups if not alone, would be more than capable of sinking any Chinese ship.

That's not even an advanced technology. Just a rather simple use of existing know-how.

Drone tech will change the face of naval warfare, just as it will land war.
