Is Loudermilk trying to uncover fed involvement in the gallows origins? Putting up a symbolic model is obviously protected by the first Amendment, so the fbi would have no legal basis to pursue the gallows erectors. However, it seems like the exact sort of visual the feds/reds would plant to fire up the crowd and tarnish Trump supporters.

Republicans in congress should be making it abundantly clear that when they get power, they are goingmto,review ALL of the tapes, especially the tapes the left are keeping from the public, and that they are going to aggressively investigate and arrest anyone caught manipulating facts to falsely arrest, and to deny them the rights of the Jan 6 peaceful protestors.
But not a peep out of them really so far.
