IBM is in hot water due to its discriminatory hiring practices. No, they’re not discriminating against blacks or Hispanics; they’re taking part in the popular new craze of treating whites and Asians like second-class citizens and denying them basic rights based on the color of their skin.
This is the United States, and these actions are supposed to be illegal here. That’s why America First Legal, a group started by Trump loyalist Stephen Miller, is now suing IBM for racially discriminating against white and Asian Americans and for promising to fire, demote, or deny bonuses to corporate executives who fail to meet their illegal race and sex-based hiring quotas.
Don’t believe it’s really happening? Well, below is a leaked video of the IBM CEO coercing employees and threatening to cut bonuses unless they engage in discriminatory and illegal hiring practices.

Didn’t America have an affirmative action president?
They are toast. I’ve never seen better evidence than an admission by a CEO.
Re: How can the company interfere with getting unemployment? That’s a state government function isn’t it?
IIRC the company can state that the person left on their own for no reason, and unemployment will be denied in most, if not all states.
The company can also give ‘carefully worded’ information to possible future employers.
There is no diversity in the metal of a tow chain.
“Diversity is a sad joke.”
Diversity is discord!
Lonovo is the Chinese arm of IBM, don’t buy them.
According to recent Supreme Court ruling about using race. You can’t do it in college applications.

They never did make anything. They bought from Japan and reps.
I think it’s “ Lenovo “!
There were certainly issues there. My Sister worked for Big Blue and my Brother for a time but that’s the extent of our family involvement. They left the Village of Endicott a mess.
Way To Go!!!
cool
Pretty much the same story in the governmen.
First, you’re given a ‘goal’ for minority representation in your organization.
Second, you have to justify promotions of whites in writting.
Third, you don’t have to justify promoting people of color.
But, no, that’s not discrimination.
IBM also acquired an 18.9% share of Lenovo in 2005 as part of Lenovo's purchase of IBM's personal computing division. In the years following the deal, IBM sold their stake in Lenovo, with a final sale in 2011 completing their divestment.
Need to Sue just about every large corporation that exists. They are all doing this crap.
A board member on an all hands call at my last company flat out said if you are white and deserving you won’t get promoted
But. But. But. You HAVE to click on it! You have to!! PLEEEEEAAASSE.....
Back 7 years ago, a group of very smart engineers began a new design based on the old Power chip.
They started with Power 9 and now are working on Power 12.
It was very successful and very powerful.
All that work got sent to India 3 weeks ago.
Even if the good guys don’t formally win, it could be the bad guys being punished by the process. That might dissuade some future leaders from doing the same.
