Well SCOTUS refused to hear the Texas v. Pennsylvania brought under its original jurisdiction, and that was constitutionally required to have been heard. So, there was a breach of contract by SCOTUS. By seceding, Texas could finally secure its border without getting grief from the elitist federal courts.
