WASHINGTON — A closely-divided Supreme Court on Monday allowed Border Patrol agents to cut through or move razor wire Texas installed on the U.S.-Mexico border as part of an effort by the state to prevent illegal border crossings.
The court on a 5-4 vote granted an emergency request filed by the Biden administration, which had argued that Texas was preventing agents from carrying out their duties.
The brief order noted that four conservative members of the nine-justice court would have rejected the government's request. They were Justice Clarence Thomas, Justice Samuel Alito, Justice Neil Gorsuch and Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Sounds like you oppose women on SCOTUS. Granted, the ones that have been on have been less than stellar; but a couple of them have been better than some of the men.
As for Barrett, she is light years better than Republican-nominated Stevens and Souter and, yes, Kennedy (remember his vote on Obergefell in support of gay marriage).
OK, then remove the razor wire and put something else in its place.
Problem is once you arrest them where the hell do you put them? Back into the streets! You can’t send them back to Mexico you can’t fly them to their home country, so what are we to do? Those freaking Supreme Court justices are literally killing this nation one effing knife stab at a time! And if you think they’re gonna be fair to Trump, think again people!
OBiden and his administration are breaking the law the SC just enabled them to keep breaking it. You know what? I hope that Texas reinstalls any razor wire the feds take down. It’s time to do what’s right!

I know a few guys used to be in that line of work when criminals needed to be sent back to their home land, illegal border crossers are criminal from first step over the line.
