Democrat insiders say it is now 'panic time' after a blockbuster Justice Department report concluded Joe Biden has 'diminished faculties' and is an 'elderly man with a poor memory'.
Increasingly, behind the scenes, a nuclear option is being considered to remove the 81-year-old president as the Democrat nominee at the party's convention in Chicago in August.
The leading candidates to replace him include California Governor Gavin Newsom and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
'I think it is now panic time. Biden should not be our standard bearer,' a former senior Democrat White House official, who worked with Biden, told Dailymail.com.
'He looked like a deer stuck in the headlights last night. There isn't enough gas in the tank for another four and-a-half years. Ultimately we're going to see more more prominent Democrats saying the quiet part out loud.
'It's increasingly clear we have a deeply flawed candidate. Democracy is in the balance and this is not a smart path for our party.'

We are not dealing with state secrets here.
The 25A can remove a president, at least temporarily.
But how can the DNC remove Biden as their 2024 nominee? He has no serious opposition in the primaries. So he will have way more than enough convention delegates to win on the first ballot.
It looks to me like if Biden really wants to be renominated, no one can stop him.
My guess is it will be Harris, but maybe Michelle Obama or someone else.
She will get a nice payment from some anonymous donor to step aside.. ala Kari Lake. But she will actually take it.
Michelle will NEVER run, she is VERY HAPPY with her wealthy life, she HATED DC and there is NO WAY she would give up what she has attained now to be POTUS of a country she utterly despises!!!
Gavin does not have the balls to jump into this election but he does have enough brain power to KNOW that Trump would clean his marxist/socialist clock.

The secrecy on this stuff has been impressive—no Democrat office holder will even go on the record telling Biden to go away.
