if MO hated being in the public eye she would not have sat for numerous covers and interviews etc etc.she was constantly doing things to get attention, school lunches, gardening with kids etc, “expert” fashion people dressing her for every moment it seemed be cause she was constantly in the public eye.

if she truly didn’t want to be she would have been more like Milania there when needed but not constantly.

Also MO had enormous amount of staff, she loved the attention and being involved

But he has to rack up the delegates...and she won't be on the ballot but simply his VP.

The Dems didn't think he would go down hill so quickly. But that's the difficulty with dementia...it can be sudden.

I want Biden to stick like glue for months to come. we should not make it easy for the Dems.

And still no word on their secret devious plan to do something about the inconvenient current Vice President of the United States.

With Nixon the elites got VP Spiro T. Agnew to suddenly resign with a nolo contendere plea for a sudden lawsuit.
Then with Ford in place the replacement of Nixon wasn’t so hard.

RE: Newsom/Whitmer has been the ticket since Christmas 2022, for anyone who has been paying attention.

Yes.

That’s why I’ve been so depressed. In addition to my pre-existing reasons.

People say Newsom or Big Mike will replace Joe. Maybe so, but Kamala will be every bit as much the winner of the forthcoming primaries as Joe. I mean… rats will do anything to maintain power, but they need to come up with a plausible reason to bypass Kamala. Frankly, I dont think they will try it—black women are the power totem these days, and I just don’t see them pushing one aside (even though she’s only nominally black) Michelle wouldn’t take no. 2, so I’m thinking Harris/Newsom

Gee whiz, the Democrats have finally caught up to my assessment from 1988.

Joe Biden wouldn’t be the smartest primate if we threw him into the monkey cage at the Washington Zoo.

Hey, Dems, he was mentally impaired when he ran in 2020, and you knew it.

You OWN this disaster.

“...so I’m thinking Harris/Newsom.”

No. Two lunatics — and one waaaay out there — from the same state? Not a chance.

the party is over for Biden. Let’s spend the next decade dragging him and his family into court suing him for his lawlessness.

For the DNC they have several problems.

1. Force him out now and let a free for all battle between democrats for the nomination, oddly this is their best option.
2. Wait until the convention and appoint their designated candidate without the democrat voting base having any input, that will piss them off.
3. Give it to Kamala a sure loser.
4. Go with Joe also a sure loser.
5. If they do not go with Kamala, it will piss off the black vote.
6. Though she lusts for power, Hillary just can not seal the deal with the public nor the DNC. Her day has passed.

They need a “Dark Horse” with no baggage. I can not see how this can happen.

If they go with Gavin Newsom the campaign adds write themselves. “Let Gavin do for America what he did for California.” If they go with Kamala, just let Kamala be Kamala and it is game over. Oddly, the only person that can win would be RFK junior and the DNC has already cut all ties with him and did a Bernie Sanders hatchet job on him. He “ain’t coming back.

You know you’re right about the residency thing. It couldn’t be him. I’m not saying they’re good candidates I’m just saying they have to come up with a politically palatable way to deny her the No.1 spot, and I just cant imagine what that would be. I don’t see her agreeing voluntarily

Biden will have the nomination locked up by August.

How do they then replace him? Negate millions of votes?

Nay.

They have to convince him not to run. Now. Today.

Funny, all the fact checkers insist Barack’s “wife” is not a man.

Just very manly?

Not impressed. Obama has been behind the curtain since the 2020 election. If Joe goes, its because Obama told the party to throw his puppet under the bus. I’m one of the group that believes Michelle is going to replace him on the ticket.

The Agnew story was really interesting.

It was not a grand plan—the Deep State really did just get lucky when a Maryland corruption case fell into their lap.

Maryland was corrupt—no doubt.

Agnew was corrupt—no doubt—though probably about average as governor’s go...as I have often written around here my grandfather was in the construction business and paid the CT governor and other bribes (for state contracts) with suitcases of money at a hog dog stand in a small town here. Nobody ever got caught in these parts—and the local media was totally clueless—and this went on for decades.

However it is the timing of the case where the luck kicked in....

Knowing that they can steal the election, someone like Newsom with horrible favorability ratings can be selected. They are saying the quiet part out loud. There is not enough time to campaign and rehabilitate Newsom’s image.
