Biden, Democrats Give Israel 45 Days to Submit Human Rights Report

The Biden administration, after urging by left-wing Democrats, issued a memorandum Thursday that will require Israel to submit a report within 45 days on its compliance with international humanitarian law in its war against Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

The memorandum, announced by the White House, theoretically applies to any country that receives weapons from the United States and is actively involved in armed conflict. But the White House all but admitted Friday that it was targeted at Israel.

Israel wanted Soleimani killed. Trump agreed to a joint operation with them to take him out. At the last minute Israel backed out and put all responsibility for the attack on the US, knowing Iran would retaliate which they did. (with missile attacks against our troops in Iraq and Syria). Netanyahu suckered Trump and Trump hasn’t forgotten as he’s mentioned this backstabbing several times. He went out of his way to do a favor for Netanyahu and this is how Netanyahu treated him in return.

IDF is pushing hard to get above-ground control of Rafah in the South; it is the last Hamas stronghold. They should be done in less than 45 days, after which the tunnel network will be cleaned out and destroyed. That will take a lot more time. But it may mitigate the need for bombings and end the daily lies about how many women and children are killed. Early on, when Hamas was releasing crazy numbers of children and women killed, Israel released a UN demographic report on Gaza. For the numbers to be correct, 2/3 of all children were already dead from bombings. Yet the numbers kept going up and up and up to the point there must be no children left alive in Gaza at this point. The Hamas Health Ministry is releasing the numbers; math is not their strong suit.

Israel is going have to occupy Gaza after the war. Nayib Bukele’s heavy hand would work well in Gaza.

How about asking Hamas, to provide a report within 45 days on how they will restructure their Gaza Administrative functions so that aid money is focused on those in need, as opposed to Hamas fighters, military hardware, tunnels, etc.. How about Hamas coming up with a plan to separate medical facilities, schools, refugee camps from military command and control centers?

The destruction in Gaza would end, if Hamas surrendered its leadership to the IDF and accepted to be judge by say an international court for whatever crimes they performed.

Sorry Israel, but if you take even one penny from American taxpayers you have no right to complain when pimp Biden slaps you around.

The Dems were told the American Muslim voters mean business so they sent people to Dearborn, Michigan to meet with and pretend to support the Muslims against Israel. After pretending to care about Israel when American Jewish voters and donors threatened to withdraw support.

So blatant and obvious.

But ominous for Israel as the wishy washy support of the US Administration is now swirling the drain.

First, no US direct or indirect funding/support for Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, PLO or UNRWA.

The Jewish populace is only about 2% in the US and that vote generally goes 70 to 76% Democrat. It’s not really a significant vote, but what is significant is that 2% of the populace provides 50 to 60% of Democrat national funding. That is why I think the national Democrats are playing with fire by alienating the hand that feeds them. Although Biden may need Michigan and its Muslims to eke into office, the Dem Congressman in the other 49 states don’t care a hoot about Michigan’s Muslims, but they sure care about the identity group that feed their campaign funding. That’s why Biden is walking a fine identity politics pandering line. Did I tell you I hate identity group politics? It’s vile.lol

If the US would prefer not to involve itself in Israeli affairs, that would be a good thing. About the only thing preventing decisive Israeli victory in any confrontation has been America’s political handwringing. History has taught us that an unfettered Israel does not lose.
