The National Weather Service has started issuing its first Winter Storm Warnings across the Northeast and New England, including Boston and Providence, in advance of a potential nor’easter that could dump plowable snow on millions of people in the region starting Monday.
More than 20 million Americans across the region had been under Winter Storm Watches as forecasters began to keep an eye on computer forecast models showing the potential for a disruptive winter storm.
As those models began to come into agreement, however, the decision was made to start upgrading those winter weather alerts to Winter Storm Warnings.

Warmer than normal = global warming
Cooler than normal = global warming
More rain than normal = global warming
More snow than normal = global warming

Mean while, here yesterday, the yellow crocuses bloomed.
On the map, there is a major surge of warm, very wet air up out of the Gulf. On occasion. that surge is met with cold air extending from a northern trough and there is extreme snowfall. It can happen as late as mid March
This has never happened before. Must be due to global heating.

We had Rain Shower Jose here a few days ago. Dropped nearly a quarter of an inch.

Our boss just told us that IF you do not feel comfortable driving in tomorrow that it is OKAY to work from home.
Weather.com is predicting 3-5 at my house in south central NH.
The heaviest snow is supposed to be in central MA. In the Worchester Hills. Wa Wa Wauchuset
New York's Capital Region expecting a dusting to 2 inches.
Jeez...this means the store will be crowded with old ladies this morning.
I think this might be the first time New England has ever gotten snow! //sarcasm
I guess it’s hitting south of us. We’re only forecast for a couple inches and there’s no watch up for our area.

Used to expect driving through a couple feet of the stuff south of Oswego at least a couple times a year. These days I’m lucky if I even see a snowflake ❄️
The “Four Ws” for every crisis:
White milk,
White bread,
White eggs,
White TP.
By 3pm, stores will be cleaned out.
All the rain we have gotten in California over the past month is 100% put down to “climate change” by Newsom and his fawning media - never mind we have tree rings going back 1,000 years that show periods of intense rain - and 100 year droughts are the norm.
I expect my relatives in upstate Pennsylvania will text this week that they’re ready to move to Las Vegas or Phoenix to “get out of the snow” b/c they’re getting older. They’ve been telling me this for at least 10 years now...
