For years, California Democrats have been hostile to gun owners. California Democrats frequently attempt to erode Second Amendment rights in the state.
A bill in the Democrat-controlled California State Assembly that was introduced on February 16th, would force homeowners and renters to disclose information about firearms they own. Assembly member Mike Gipson, and State Senator Catherine Blakespear are the two leading California Democrat lawmakers pushing this legislation.

17 - various calibers - with lots of ammo for each.
plus a few drones, mines, rockets, grenades and sundry IEDs.
They will use your kids, neighbors and family to rat you out..
Why do people comply with illegal laws? The people that write these laws don’t comply to the law, so neither should we.
Good example of Marxist Dems controlling the population.
The insurance companies themselves will ask about firearms if you try to get a homeowner”rider” on them. Name. Type. serial number... I found that out fifty two years ago.
Otherwise they simply add on about one or two...no other info on them needed.
A man bought a hunting rifle years ago. Citizen to citizen sale. A few years later he hunted in Canada but was stopped on reentry into the US because he had to declare firearms and he had a “Stolen” rifle.
It seems the original owner who had sold it to him later had a burglary and decided to add the sold firearm as one of those “stolen” to get insurance payback on it.
Why is it that Dem legislation always forces people to do things they would not otherwise do?
And they call US fascists.
…so they can get a break on the cost of their insurance???
😆
I sell insurance and that isn't how it works.
It would be interesting to know the correlates involved here. We all know that lawful gun owners have extremely good profiles as compared with the general public with regard to criminal behavior. They tend to be a law abiding bunch.
If this profile carries over more broadly to other areas of life, it would get interesting fast if some insurance company had the cojones to develop a risk profile that gave a ratings boost to lawful gunowners with clean criminal records who stored their guns properly, had lawful concealed carry permit, and kept their skills up with regular hunting or range time. Carve out a premium risk group and give them a break on their insurance rates.
Doesn’t California already require registration of all firearms? So, in theory, the state already knows what you have. In addition they now require state permission to buy ammunition.
This might be a way to require firearms owners to have insurance (no doubt expensive) to be able to legally possess firearms. And it will only apply to those who have homeowners/renters insurance, so the really poor and homeless and thugs won’t be touched at all.
It’s law-abiding gun owners who are the problem, not the thugs. See Kansas City.

I was on a canoe trip on the Dneper river, lost all firearms and ammo.

Cases like yours is the reason that CA wants to take out dams and drain the reservoirs.
“It so happens that the number of firearms I own is GO F*** YOURSELF.”
Ahh, those Democrats; if they can’t come atcha through the front door, they’re just as happy to come atcha through the back door.
And, yes, as a matter of cat that DOES apply in every realm wherein “front door” and “back door” have figurative interpretations.
The Democrat Party is a Beastial and Perverted Death cult.
My answer is simple “I DON’T OWN ANY GUNS, NEVER DID NEVER WILL”!
Well, I guess we’ll never do business together will we?
I don’t have homeowners insurance (don’t want it), just a BACKHOE!
About your IED’s, can they be remotely detonated?
If so, how much would you charge me for 2?
I DON’T!
The BOOM! part is cheap, it's the WHEN part that tends to cost more.
