A federal judge on Wednesday found that the “selective prosecution” of far-right groups without charging their far-left counterparts for the same acts is “constitutionally impermissible.”
U.S. District Court Judge Cormac Carney of southern California therefore dismissed charges against two men from the “white nationalist” Rise Above Movement (RAM) who violently clashed with members of the far-left group Antifa at three southern California pro-Trump events in 2017.
In his 35-page order, the judge stressed the importance of equal protection under the law. He said that although the two men may have been involved in violent acts, prosecutors were wrong to exclusively target them without also pursuing charges against Antifa members implicated in similar violent actions at political events.
“Such selective prosecution leaves the troubling impression that the government believes speech on the left more deserving of protection than speech on the right,” Judge Carney wrote (pdf).
The judge said that the fundamental principles of the First Amendment rights to free speech and to assemble are the “bedrock” of the United States. This is not always easy, he added, noting that sometimes, people use that right to “spread vitriolic and hateful ideas and beliefs.”

We finally found a decent judge that follows the ideals of the Constitution.
Antifa are not a disciplined force, but they are still the “direct action” wing of the Democratic Party.
As soon as Trump retakes the presidency, he needs to immediately start federal civil rights investigations against all the DA’s and judges who have violated the civil rights of conservatives across the country by selectively prosecuting them while either doing NOTHING or in some cases PAYING BLM and other rioters on the left who do similar things.
The Marxist judges are just one of the examples of our society infiltrated and saturated with Leftist ideology. It’s good to see some resistance but we’re still ratcheting down to designed lawlessness.

The prosecution of President Trump, his family, friends and associates while JC Bedo Bidenskyyyyyyyyyyyy and his band of freak show disciples are portrayed, admired and adored by the “media” and their America haters as the great American water walkers. That also needs to be deemed “Constitutionally Impermissible”.

Amen! The silence of all but a handful of politicians in regards to the treatment of the protesters on January 6th is very telling. And what it says is not very encouraging. Many (most) are fine with the double-standard as long as it gives the deep state ammunition to use against Trump. They have their nose in the trough just as deep as the Democrats and Trump was cutting off the money-supply that fed that trough.
There are still judges who believe in that, in California, no less?!

It is insane that these people are still being held without charges or a trial, YEARS later.
The democrats laugh at our protests. I hope payback will be a mofo for them.
