Illegal Alien Explains in TikTok Video how Other Illegals can Abuse Squatting Laws

A TikTok video by a Venezuelan illegal alien has gone viral, with the man in the video instructing other illegals on how to take advantage of squatting laws in the United States to invade American homes.

Fox News reports that the illegal in question is named Leonal Moreno, who narrates the video in Spanish for his fellow illegals.

“I have thought about invading a house in the United States,” says Moreno in the video. “I found out that there is a law that says that if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.”

Moreno goes on to say that he spoke to a group of African illegals who claimed to have already taken over at least seven houses in the United States. According to Moreno, squatting laws in the U.S. allow for deteriorated homes to be occupied by others who do not own the property, and that the new squatters can subsequently make repairs and even sell the house themselves.

Although the precise nature of squatting laws vary from state to state, some states have lenient laws that allow for others to all but invade and take over a property through certain loopholes.

The shortcomings of such laws were made apparent in a viral incident in New York City, where a homeowner found three squatters suddenly invading her home; one of the squatters, a man identified as Brian Rodriguez, called the police on her, and she was arrested while the squatters were allowed to stay. Neighbors in the area have voiced their concerns about the danger of the squatters, who stole Adele Andaloro’s childhood home from her after she inherited it from her mother. At one point, vigilantes arrived at the house to confront the criminals.

Moreno has an established presence on TikTok, posting videos in support of illegal aliens even after they commit crimes. He previously posted a video demanding that his followers contribute to the legal fees for 15-year-old illegal alien Jesus Alejandro Rivas-Figueroa, who shot a tourist in Times Square, New York and is being tried for the crime as an adult.

“I invite you to find [his] mother and [for] all of us to unite to pay the fines [so] that the young Venezuelan feels that he’s not alone during difficult moments,” Moreno said in the video, showing no remorse for Figureroa’s victim and instead painting the gunman himself as the victim. “An entire nation [is] on top of him instead of helping him.”

Don’t try that in a small town.

Folks need to start up house-sitting businesses.

Thanks to Deep State, it’s riskier to allow a hone to remain unoccupied for long.

I have a house I’d like for them to squat in so I can burn it down on top of them.

Or a staging biz...

Hire folks to come and go, open and close curtains, change timing on light timers, park a clunker in the driveway....

If I were to come home from vacation and see a squatter I would shoot and kill. How is this different from home invasion? I may purchase another firearm and keep it in my car so I have access....just in case.

... a problem that has a small caliber solution. Then call and make a ‘reservation’ for a clean-up ... think John Wick.

Or simply apply the well-known S-S-S rule ...

The most likely result in Red State rural America will be a swift application of self-help by the homeowners amplified by the protections of the Second Amendment.

Squatting Laws by State

"In New York, for example, a squatter can be awarded “adverse possession” under state law if they have been living in a property for 10 years or more."

Across the river in New Jersey, squatters need to maintain possession for 30 (thirty) years.

This may be something that bizarrely applies to certain Blue cities in Blue states. (Or is a bizarre interpretation of statutes by crazy lawyers in certain Blue cities in Blue states.)

There are many neighborhoods in certain Blue cities in Blue states that nobody would ever notice a squatter even after 100 years.

Ive been hitting up some close relatives for future house sitting.

There are only a few trusted ones.

A professional service in this area seems geared more towards pet sitting.

I’m thinking that Moreno misunderstands the term “not inhabited” & intends to use what he thinks it says to take over someone else’s owned property. People like this need an abrupt introduction to American justice. Just a jail sentence is maybe not quite enough to insure his understanding of the term.

It seems many states do not consider squatting to be illegal.
