If two GOP members vote with the Dems, the vote would 215 to 215.
According to House rules, in the case of a tie vote, a question before the chamber “shall be lost.”
So just think of the scenario of if a Bill was before the House to fund the building of the border wall. If more than one GOP member votes “nay” then the bill would not pass.
That’s not going to happen anyway. The D3ms got the bill they wanted already.
This is about handing control to the Dems before the election, the GOP having more than proven it is incapable of governing.

Yep, all these RINOs leaving congress BEFORE the elections was all planned. The GOP will lose the majority, all committees will be shut down and the new Rat majority will do everything they can to disqualify Trump from running. Mark my words.
