Congress needs to stop cow-towing to the notions of Leftwing academics, and close the Federal District Courts to this sort of nonsense. They have the power to do so, anytime they decide to act responsibly. I don't understand how the school has done anything wrong, even by PC standards. They are willing to let him use the ladies restroom as long as he has completed his transition surgery. A simple one page letter from his/her doctor would satisfy their demands (and be a lot simpiler than a lawsuit.)

The only logical conclusion is he hasn't completed the surgery, and still has his male genitalia. Why else jump through so many hoops to avoid having his doctor send a simple letter?

That changes everything. It is one thing to have someone that has completed surgery to switch restrooms, it is another thing to have a man that is just dressing like a woman switch restrooms.
