That’s very kind of you. I hope you feel the same way next week. And I hope you’ll avoid falling into the trap of date setting going forward rather than watching for the specific signs Jesus gave of His return.

Jesus gave the Apostle John the Revelation 12:1-2 sign after God told Jesus what was going to happen and when.

REV1:01 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

REV1:02 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.

REV1:03 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

God. KING JAMES BIBLE TOUCH - KJV (Kindle Locations 48245-48249). Kindle Edition.

What ever happens on the 21-21nd, we will be in the Book of the Revelation on the 23rd.

The first tribulation is mass deception. And Christ said He had foretold all things, before anyone placed a jot or tittle of the New Testament on plant fibers or animal skins. Christ said the ‘days of Daniel were shortened for the elects sake’... the first tribulation is not going to last 7 years.

I cannot wait to read your reaction on September 24, 2017.

Right! Elohim wrote the Gospel in the Stars! Then, 1900 years ago, or so, he showed the Apostle John a star formation that is going to actually appear September 23, 2017 and only then! At least for the next 2000 years or so, assuming the orbits are not disturbed.

Here is Steve Cioccolanti’s message to all those who say Jesus can come back at any time, but not between September 21-23, 2017. ;-) It is long, but really really good.

I keep seeing these secular news reports that "Christians are saying the world will end Saturday!"

No, even if the Rapture happens, the world will not "end." There is the 7 year Tribulation, the Millennial kingdom, and then a new heaven and a new earth.

The ignorance of the world to God's Word is stunning.

“What ever happens on the 21-21nd, we will be in the Book of the Revelation on the 23rd.”

The significance of the sign of the Woman, and the timing of the recent solar eclipse as well as natural disasters right about the time of the Feast of Trumpets is certainly something to pay attention to.

Personally, I’m expecting to see a seven-year treaty enacted or renewed, along with a continued increase in anti-Christ deception, wars, natural disasters, famine, disease, and persecution. And within this time frame we can expect the anti-Christ to rise to power, have a false resurrection, be promoted by a false-miracle-working false prophet, set up the abomination of desolation in the Holy Place, and implement the mark of the beast. I’m also personally expecting the two witnesses to make their appearance prior to the return of the Lord as well. And finally, I’m expecting the cataclysmic events in the second heavens that are repeatedly foretold before the arrival of the Day of the Lord which is when we are to look up for Christ’s imminent return.

Whether we are entering into Daniel’s seventieth week or not, I will not debate. I will simply wait to see if the other signs appear. It is only when we see the culmination of these signs coming to pass that Christ’s return is imminent.

Luke 21:28
Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.

I used to buy that the “he” who confirmed the covenant was the anti-Christ. But I now think the “he” is YHWH and the covenant is the sealing of the 144,000 for the 7 year Tribulation.

“But I now think the ‘he’ is YHWH and the covenant is the sealing of the 144,000 for the 7 year Tribulation.”

Daniel 9:26-27
And after the sixty-two weeks
Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come
Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.
Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
But in the middle of the week
He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
Even until the consummation, which is determined,
Is poured out on the desolate.

Granted that some things in prophecy are enigmatic. Some are difficult to understand. This is a good reason for exercising caution and not staking too much on opinions as opposed to those things which are certain, such as the certainty of Christ’s return for us.

The “he” who confirms a covenant is the “he” who brings an end to the sacrifice and offering. And this is the same one who does so with an abomination. But even if you do not accept the internal context regarding the “he” being described, consider the further elaboration of this prophecy as it unfolds in the next few chapters.

In 11:22 Antichrist is called the “prince of the covenant.” Even if you could argue that this prince is not the Antichrist, you would still have to admit that it can not be Jesus. In v. 31 we see this prince causing the ending of the daily sacrifice, and in v. 36 we see him exalting himself as god above all other gods. In fact, this is the verse Paul quotes in 2 Thessalonians 2 when identifying the Antichrist and showing how his revelation proceeds the Day of Christ and His return.

But also look at the passage theologically. It says “he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week.” Notice it does not say “the covenant.” In 11:30 we see the Antichrist “shall return and show regard for those who forsake the holy covenant.” Here it adds the word “holy.”

God is not going to confirm simply “a covenant.” He will honor His holy covenant. And He will accomplish what He promised which is to make a new covenant with the house of Israel which will be written on their hearts. So the prince of the covenant is the Antichrist who is not a prince of the holy covenant but of some Satanically-inspired agreement that promises a false peace to Israel.

The scripture you cited contradicts your assertion ... and the passage was from Luke and given during the Temple discourse, not the Mount of Olives discourse: "It is only when we see the culmination of these signs coming to pass that Christ’s return is imminent; "Luke 21:28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.

We can examine the Hebrew word “daily” to see how it is used elsewhere in scripture. Daily sacrifice (hattamid) is used 24 times: http://biblehub.com/hebrew/hattamid_8548.htm . How many times does the word refer to daily sacrifices? Take a guess. ALL OF THEM! Bread, grain, oil, drink, meat, showbread are all connected throughout Numbers and Nehemiah where the word is used in addition to Daniel.

The word “daily” in the Daniel passages, like all other places in the Bible, is ALWAYS used of the daily or continual sacrifice in the holy place. It is NEVER used to refer to something else.

I don't have much in common with Sub's theology or interpretations, but in Daniel is only where tamid is used as a stand alone definite noun, *the* tamid. The always/continual/perpetual [thing]. It is not used to modify any type of sacrifices or anything else. In all those other cases, the hei prefix is the grammar form for tamid being used as a modifier.

The one place in Daniel where ha-tamid is a modifier is in verse 8:13: ad matai hehazon hatamid, "until when [is] the daily vision", or "until when [is] the vision of the tamid".

Now people can assume that because it is used typically as a modifier for sacrifices, that ha-tamid also means the exact same in the book of Daniel. All info needs to go into the hopper for consideration. Daniel's use is different than the others, that's just a fact. That doesn't mean people can be free and loose with their own meanings though. It simply is what it is, something that is always/perpetual/continual/ does-not-change. And it will be removed/cast off/rejected or what have you.

An example of where we see this type of action, is in the wholesale rejection of truth that pervades society in some pretty grotesque forms ("transgender", the denial of biological reality). Truth by nature does not change, regardless of who plays Creator in order to invent his own reality.

It's what's in a person's heart, and *that* "tamid" is in a person't heart.

Just check out the word lev (lamed bet), "heart". The letters of the word spelled out are:

lamed mem dalet, bet yud tav.

The revealed letters are lamed bet which is lev; the concealed letters spell tamid.

Somebody out there is bound to appreciate that bit of data.

I read somewhere that the last letter of the Hebrew Bible was lamed, so that Elohim was pointing to what it meant to be “after His own heart”.

I just checked to make sure, and was surprised to see that the last verse of 2 Chronicles 36 is from Cyrus’ decree to rebuild the temple. The last sentence is translated as “Whoever is among you of all his people, the Lord his God be with him, and let him go up.”

Interesting.

Yes. It is also the last letter of the Torah. The first letter is bet, so either way, the Torah of Moses or the full Tanakh is bookended by lamed bet, the heart.

There is much written about this.

The simple but very deep concept is that every letter and word within the Torah as well as the Hebrew Bible is *contained within the heart*.

To expand that into the NT, the last letter is the Greek nu in Amen, which is spelled nun vav in Hebrew.

So to be consistent, the first letter in Gen 1:1 spelled as a word is bet (bet yud tav), and the last in Rev is the Greek nu, spelled nun vav.

Together this spells beitenu, our home.

Home is where the heart is. It should be in the truth, because that does not change.

Thus on one level, the word tamid (the letters contained inside of the lev, heart) is a miniature little world representing every word in the Tanakh.

And you can see that truth has been rejected and cut out from the hearts of men. The imagery of the “Mother” movie shows that Hollyweird taps into the spiritual realms.

JER31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
JER31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
