You did not ask eagleone for evidence. Be consistent.
No, its just my casual observation. I do not make a habit of obsessively pasting quotes into some Word document to be ready when you ask.
Don’t confuse sin with heresy.
Actually the main problem with Novus Ordo priests is that they dont believe nor profess the Catholic Faith.
Sounds like your pope, priests and bishops, and Cardinals, and 3/4 of parishioners in the US.
I hope they repent of priest abuse of children, but that is just a start in moving back to Christianity.
You have no such evidence. My own experience is non-Catholics tend to dig right in insulting Catholics, attacking them, profanity or not.
Below is but one of many posts by Roman Catholics resorting to profanity when the argument is against them.
As others will attest....there have been plenty of such posts by Roman Catholics.

I always wondered why the cafeteria at work served fish on Friday.
The word smartass is not profanity. It is sarcasm. It simply means a person
who is irritating because they behave as if they know everything.
Stand up and say it to your priest during Mass.
LOL!!!
The lengths Roman Catholics go to excuse their profanity.
Smartass is not profanity. You need to quit acting like a smartass.
Anyone who’s complaining about the pedo problem.
In retrospect, it isn’t the church leadership cause they aren’t doing ANYTHING about the problem.
I didn’t need to.
The post to which he was referring was directed to me and I saw it.
And this isn’t the first time I’ve seen the Catholics do this sort of thing.
Maybe not in Roman Catholic circles, but in Christian circles it is.
Again, I challenge you say "smartass" to your priest during Mass or tell people in the congregation that the priest is a "smartass". Let me know how it goes.
You continue to prove my point.
My Dad makes the cassocks for the Catholics priests now for almost 75 years. He is 83 and my grandma taught him how to sew as a child. My Faith was born in the CC. I left as in late teens because my relationship with God was direct connect. I still love goig to Mass though I just remember being in those rooms and so full of the love of God as a child, vivid! I gotta tell you honestly, I NEVER EVER felt uncomfortable around Nuns and Priests, never anything inapporpriate ever. Period.
A few things...
The Faith of the church and its goodness lies in the Paritioners.
They all knew about this stuff. I loved Pope John Paul. He must have known?
Direct Connect!
Got to love those evangelicals quoting scriipture. Jimmy Swaggart has for the last 60 years and for years had a thing for New Orleans hookers. But he was probably the only evangelical to ever fall from grace. Because most evangelicals know that Bible like the back of their hand and know theyre going to heaven and those heathen Catholics are going straight to hell. And If you dont believe it just ask one.
Wow. The Roman Catholic disdain for the very scripture they claim to "have given us", when appropriately applied to their situation, is amazing. It's almost as there's a natural recoil against it.
Jimmy Swaggart has for the last 60 years and for years had a thing for New Orleans hookers. But he was probably the only evangelical to ever fall from grace.
Swaggart could preach...but he was a sinner. No one has denied his wrongdoings.
However, for the Roman Catholic to cite this in light of the current issues facing the Roman Catholic church is just an attempt to deflect the attention away from the use of profanity and their being called on it. Alinsky would be proud as would Obama or Hillary.
Because most evangelicals know that Bible like the back of their hand and know theyre going to heaven and those heathen Catholics are going straight to hell. And If you dont believe it just ask one.
Well, yes, we can know for sure if we're going to Heaven or not. Why?
Because He said so through His word.
22At that time the Feast of the Dedication took place at Jerusalem; 23it was winter, and Jesus was walking in the temple in the portico of Solomon. 24The Jews then gathered around Him, and were saying to Him, How long will You keep us in suspense? If You are the Christ, tell us plainly.
25Jesus answered them, I told you, and you do not believe; the works that I do in My Fathers name, these testify of Me.
26But you do not believe because you are not of My sheep.
27My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;
28and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. 29My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Fathers hand.
30I and the Father are one. John 10:22-30 NASB
People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
In light of the condition of Roman Catholicism, it's the height of hypocrisy and irony to be pointing fingers at another's leaders in an attempt to discredit them.
Because most evangelicals know that Bible like the back of their hand and know theyre going to heaven and those heathen Catholics are going straight to hell. And If you dont believe it just ask one.
Those going to heaven are those trusting in the finished work of Christ on the cross Catholic, Protestant, Evangelical or not.
There are believers and unbelievers in every congregation, the only thing that varies is the percentage.
Ah yes, one post of a snarky retort to your snarkiness is massive evidence of vitriolic Catholics everywhere.
(And yes, you have indeed been snarky. Lacking a “profanity”, yes, but still with malice.)
Wow, I’ve seen much worse on FR (and have posted complaints) than the rebuttal use of a legitimate word (”ass” and “bitch” are actually real words, not just slang).
Yes, technically it’s a profanity in this context but definitely not the level being allowed on FR lately, and not nearly as hostile.
Still, you cling to this one post as great evidence of some Catholic sinfulness. That wouldn’t hold up in court.
“As others will attest....there have been plenty of such posts by Roman Catholics.”
And I will attest there are PLENTY angry, vitriolic, arrogant postings by non-Catholics in religion threads attacking the Catholics. Sometimes even brought up in non-sequitur fashion, because someone typed a prayer they don’t like.
Gee, sort of sounds like this thread!
So what’s your point?
People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
Then why do you?
