Our administration is so sensitive to Muslim concerns in Iraq. Why not set up *safe zones* and *safe ways* for people to *leave* Islam? It would certainly solve the problem of a lack of Arabic and Farsi translators loyal to the US.
Instead, we treat Islam as if it's something people can *choose* to belong to or not. They can't. It's a prison for many.
Arabs won't leave Islam because it's their root, Arabs = Islam, this won't happen in Iraq.
Iranians will because their root is Zoroastrianism, Persian root = Zoroastrianism.
That's a very good description of Islam.

These sites aren't exactly what you suggest...but at least a step in the right direction:

The USA itself should be that -- since those who wish to leave Islam have to fear the others who are still in Islam, maybe only those wishing to leave Islam should be allowed to come here -- those wishing to stay with Islam should be happier living in an Islamic country anyhow and shouldn't come here.
One who has left Islam offers numerous suggestion:

Set up safe zones for converts? Isn't that Allawi's call, or so I have been told?
