A US marine has sparked world-wide revulsion after being seen shooting an injured and helpless Iraqi.
The sickening scene was broadcast by Channel 4 News after a fire-fight in the rebel stronghold of Fallujah.
The trigger-happy soldier had been asked to get nearer to the injured man.
But instead of trying to capture him, the marine is seen leaning over a wall and cold-bloodedly shooting him.
He then turns to his colleagues and says: "He's gone". Coalition chiefs were last night under pressure to investigate the incident

I'm surprised the ACLU isn't involved in calling this an example of the need to read insurgents their rights before armed action is taken. This poor Iraqi didn't know he was about to be shot because he received no warning of his rights and the consequences that might result. Another example of our brutal military killing ill informed civilians only trying to protect their property. After all, was this Iraqi in a uniform. If he wasn't we must assume he was a civilian.
The only thing the islamists know is death and cruelty.
I wish we had a couple of million who fought in WWII here including General Patton to tell these limp wristed pusses to stuff their embedded reporting up their clintons.

The terrorists came to play. They killed innocents with glee. They chose not to play by any civilized rules. They could have chosen a nice safe peaceful existance. They could have developed a political opposition and participated in the elections. Instead they chose the path of a martyr. They chose to take as many U.S. troops out as they could, before they died. Well, I have not a single morsel of empathy for this c----sucker or any of his fellow martyrs.
As for any terrorist prisoners, just line em up as far as I am concerned.

None of us can judge that brave American soldier. His life was in jeopardy and he was in a battle zone!
If we were using an effective round, like the .308, a second shot would not be needed.
Exactly where is this purported world-wide revulsion? Oh, that's right: It doesn't exist yet - hence this article. There was nothing in that video to suggest an execution - besides the theory, asserted as fact by the author, that the Marine did something wrong.
I honestly don't see how a sane person gets from the video to the claims in this article. This isn't a matter of bias, or even of lying; the only sensible conclusion is that the re-election of the President has driven the entire staff of The Mirror quite mad.
One thing the left does not like to announce in their cheerful death list of US soldiers.
