Texas polygamists may recant, officials say

PHOENIX - Polygamist sect members who were moved to a Texas compound from their longtime homes along the Utah-Arizona line were hand-picked for their fierce loyalty to leader Warren Jeffs, and that allegiance may be a stumbling block for law enforcement, authorities say.

Jeffs, the imprisoned leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, transferred people to Eldorado, Texas, to escape growing government scrutiny on the sect's base in Colorado City, Ariz., and Hildale, Utah, Arizona Attorney General Terry Goddard said.

"This was Warren Jeffs' all-star cast," said Goddard, who has been investigating the sect since 2004. "They had the strongest sense of obedience."

"Come on. Doneit was only saying that the ‘concept’ of teaching female children not to trust anyone outside the ‘family’ was a good idea." ============================================================

A child raping cult that our parents generations were trying to fight, including the big raid in 1953.

People have been trying to crack this nut for generations, but it is hard to do because of the cults wealth, power and legal curtains that they hide behind, like religion.

They keep growing and becoming more powerful, they are in multiple states and two nations, they have 10,000 members.

We rejoiced when we got their leader and convicted him on rape and forcing children to "marry" old men that they did not know, although it is believed that he is still running the cult from prison, now they have messed with Texas and we find beds in the temple where it is believed the old guys break in the girls.

We are desperate to bring this group down and our passions are high, and what do you and doneit cling to?....

"Come on. Doneit was only saying that the ‘concept’ of teaching female children not to trust anyone outside the ‘family’ was a good idea."

“Warren Jeffs, the sect’s prophet and spiritual leader at its longtime headquarters in the dusty, side-by-side towns of Hildale, Utah, and Colorado City, Ariz., was charged in 2005 and 2006 with forcing underage girls into marriages. He was convicted in September in Utah of being an accomplice to rape and is serving up to life in prison."

“Then he said the government is “MORE of a problem” than the rape and abuse of children.”

For all you know, DONEIT is a woman. Think about that.

Rape and abuse of children is just one of many immoralities and crimes that plague our world.

The fact that other countries want to kill all our men, and then rape and abuse our children, might be a bigger concern.

The people in government have been found to have committed abuse of their authority to commit theft, rape, abuse, and murder.

DONEIT didn’t say it was NOT the most ‘important’, or the most EMOTIONAL, or the closest to a mother’s heart.

At WACO, which DONEIT specified, the government went in and KILLED the children.

So, DONEIT wasn’t far off the mark, if at all.

“That is real corruption especially (If true) the allegations of having sex (deflowering) with teenagers in the church statuaries.”

They still have a long way to go to catch up to a large volume and history of Catholic Priests.

Doneit was only saying that the ‘concept’ of teaching female children not to trust anyone outside the ‘family’ was a good idea.

This ‘family’ taught their children not to trust the government, police, or anyone else, too keep criminal activity hidden.

That's exactly the problem, which is why training your children not to trust ANYONE in the *outside* world is NOT a good idea.

It's the ultimate in control, keeping them prisoners. Brainwashing at it's finest.

Why anyone would even want to appear to be defending this group in any fashion is totally beyond my comprehension.

Again, thanks for trying to get my comments into a little perspective. Perhaps I should have included a sentence or two of condemnation of these practices and the serious harm caused to all who were victimized - I thought that would be understood.

Gee. I guess NO ONE ELSE EVER has more than one LOGON to a website, especially FR.

Yep. Never happens.

They still have a long way to go to catch up to a large volume and history of Catholic Priests.

On the contrary, they left the Catholic Church in the dust a long time ago.

“In those cities, you have, um, “minorities” who don’t even bother with the marriage charade. They have three or four home girls and have children with all of them, paid for by the saps...you know, us.”

Individual acts and crime take place all the time, it is an eternal problem of life and societies, but when an organization forms to institutionalize child rape and cult enslavement on children, and that organization grows large, bold , and can claim 10,000 members and 100s of millions of dollars in assets from this activity, then I think we should rejoice when the law tries to bring them down.

See my tagline, also.

You misspelled "amendment."

Well WOODWARDS and BERNSTEIN have decided to take down NIXON, and today, it appears, you have been chosen to play NIXON.

So, DONEIT wasn’t far off the mark, if at all.

Why did doneit feel it necessary to use two accounts? That's a no-no. Was he afraid to face the music in his original screen name? Did he know he would get flamed for his comment? There's a name for that kind of behavior.

Well ..bad things happen to a lot of kids. A time comes when you have to accept responsibility for your actions though. These women refusing to cooperate, need to stop enabling these men or go to jail too for the rest of their child bearing years. The cycle may have to be stopped with the kids instead. Sad.

“Please see post 14 before knee-jerking.”

I read it, again.

I have no problem with checking anyone’s home page, nor making assumptions from what one finds.

I do have a problem with taking someone’s comment, and twisting it, trying to read into it something that’s not there.

If you read some of the many threads on this raid, you will see that the cult has a lot of allies here on FR, primarily Mormons defending polygamy.

What we have seen on these threads have stunned quite a few of us, remember this is a real event with a cult that is known to do all of the things that the state of Texas is saying that they were doing to children last week before the rescue.

Even while this branch is dealing with Texas law men, we know that other branches are still operating freely behind their compound walls, that is a little hard for some freepers to take.
