Boy, they're going to be kind of embarrassed if they find out Stonehenge was an early industrial/commerce center and had nothing to do with Gaea worship.

In ancient times...
Hundreds of years before the dawn of history
Lived a strange race of people... the Druids

No one knows who they were or what they were doing
But their legacy remains
Hewn into the living rock... Of Stonehenge

Stonehenge! Where the demons dwell
Where the banshees live and they do live well
Stonehenge! Where a man’s a man
And the children dance to the Pipes of Pan

Hey!

Stonehenge! ‘Tis a magic place
Where the moon doth rise with a dragon’s face
Stonehenge! Where the virgins lie
And the prayers of devils fill the midnight sky

And you my love, won’t you take my hand?
We’ll go back in time to that mystic land
Where the dew drops cry and the cats meow
I will take you there, I will show you how

Oh!

And oh how they danced
The little children of Stonehenge
Beneath the haunted moon
For fear that daybreak might come too soon

And where are they now?
The little people of Stonehenge
And what would they say to us?
If we were here... tonight

It was supposed to be 18 feet tall, not 18 inches.

...I was just following your diagram...

Here are a couple of articles that contend Stonehenge was no more than a graveyard for elites.....

BTW....this "gathering" was typical of any congregation of leftist lunatics...trash strewn everywhere. No matter where the left is, it is always up to someone else to clean up their mess....

The builders of Stonehenge were thousands of years dead when the Druids first worshiped there.

Things have certainly changed. When I was a lad, back in 1952, I biked across Europe with a sleeping bag and a poncho and a few odd changes of clothes. I happened to arrive at Stonehenge on the evening of the 20th of June, so I spent the night in the middle of the circle, in my sleeping bag, to witness the sunrise the next morning.

I was awoken in the dark before dawn by a group of local schoolgirls, in the uniforms they wore in those days, who had come to see the sunrise. Imagine their screams when a dark shape suddenly arose from the ground in their midst.

Anyway, it was the morning of the solstice, but in those days no one had ever heard of Gaia.

I'm surprised they let them up that close to the stones. There's usually a rope line and path you have to keep on while viewing the stones. I wonder who is going to pick up all the garbage these people left behind? I'll bet the folks who visited the site originally, didn't leave as big a mess as these pigs.

9 yrs ago today I was at Teotihuacan and climbed the Pyramid of the Sun. There were about a half dozen wacko pagans up at the top with horns, tambourines, and other crap. They didn’t stay long, because it rained like a sonofagun.

People meditate in the early morning drizzle on the morning of the summer solstice

See my tagline.
