It is a crying shame that 29% support any mosque in the United States.

Ali Baba Bloomberg will make sure that doesn’t happen. He’ll lean on whoever he has to, even bring in private crews, nothing is going to get in the way of his “great symbol of liberal stupidity and dhimmini-hood”.

And with public opinion polls showing 70% opposed and only 29% in favor of the Ground Zero mosque, this helps politically how?Public opinion means nothing to the King. You can be sure that the mosque will now be built and he will funnel your tax dollars to organizations that will put up the cash.

I remember back in the seventies when native American tribes were strongly vocal about peyote use being part of their religion, and therefore protected by the constitution. They prevailed but not without great resistance. Here we have a religion that specifically advocates lying, murder, a separate legal system, and socio-political conquest, and they’re being given the red carpet treatment to further their explicit goal of quite simply taking over the country.

Several things wrong here. Islam a religion? Seems more like a murderous cult bent on world domination, confirmed by the teachings or the Q’uran (yes, I’ve read it).
Skippy admitted his “Muslim faith” in an interview before the election with George Stephanopoulis, who had to then correct him into saying “Christian faith”. Didn’t seem like a slip of the tongue. Add that to his perception of 57 states in America (there are 57 Islamic states worldwide), his family ties, his education, and his currying favor with the Muslim world, and I don’t think Skippy is on the side of traditional American values at all.
His support of the Cordoba House is an outrage, especially for those who lost friends and family on 9/11. This goes way beyond religious tolerance or “separation of church and state”.
This is cultural suicide. And Skippy is cheering it on.

As someone who is extremely familiar with NYC, he will lose if he challenges the Unions of NYC and he knows it. Unions in NYC are God and control everything, political and otherwise. They can clog the streets, stop the subways allow garbage to collect on the streets and disrupt every other service in the city.

Most Unions have stated that they will not be involved in the building of a mosque near ground zero ... many union members lost union brothers on 9/11. Can pig and dog poop be used as building material?

Follow the oil money. The Saudis are pressuring Europe and US to accept millions of moslems as a condition of getting their oil. They smell weakness in the west. If our leaders would present a solid front the Saudis would back off. We need leaders with cohones. It is true that Saudi Arabia has something they can use as leverage but they also need our money, they can’t eat their oil either.

The point is we have ideals and they don't. Then why aren't other religions afforded that right in Muslim countries? Because they are theocracies. We are not. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
