Chavez just took delivery of 100 anti-aircraft missiles from Russia,
Extended range S-300s with limited ABM capabilities. Good kit and not something we would want to take on without heavy suppression. They wouldn't stop us, but they would prevent a quick "Raid" by conventional forces.
Of course if you can't see it you can't shoot it. B-2s escorted by F-22s could mess up his missile sites. Or we could use our Ohio class SSGNs. They can throw 154 tomahawks in a single volley. And he only has 100 missiles with which to shoot them down. And not even that many launchers.

I am not 100% certain that I’d bet on B2 and F22 being able to elude Russian detectors. Wasn’t there a system called ‘Topaz’ that could defeat stealth?
