The worlds oldest man, a 112-year-old self-taught musician, coal miner and gin rummy aficionado from western New York, has died. He was 112.
Salustiano Sanchez-Blazquez died Friday at a nursing home in Grand Island, according to Robert Young, senior gerontology consultant with Guinness World Records.

It's a dangerous job, evidently. But needless to say, it's Bush's fault.

My great aunt almost lived to be 116. She died back in about 1996.

Sanchez-Blazquez became the worlds oldest man when Jiroemon Kimura died June 12 at age 116.If this is correct then there's no one left in the world who was born in the 19th century. Well, unless maybe the world's oldest woman was born then.
