The media is guilty of this all the time when something is "favorable" to Trump. In court it is prosecutable as an intentional "material omission".

They are entertainers ! Entertainers who can't sing, dance, or do comedy. The only drama they can do is exude concern & serious over a “story”.

What happens if their ratings go down. THEY ARE GONE!!! Maybe exiled to doing commercials on Good Morning America or something similar. Their pretentiousness has earned my contempt and its unlikely they will ever do anything to change that!

I believe that’s where the charge of misuse of campaign funds comes in. But I assume that each campaign has a financial person/accountant who oversees the checks coming in & going out. They can’t expect the candidate to do that themselves. So, unless Cohen can prove that Trump told him to do that, I don’t see where Trump is involved in anything illegal in this matter.
You’;re right about proving it, however, the left can damage him with voters (not the true loyal supporters, but the middle ground independents) by making it appear that Trump got away with something- The msm will be working overtime spinning it that way- Most of The left thrive on lies- They will demand an investigation- drag it out- smear him the whole way- and at the end of the day will have nothing on him- but the damage will be done, and the gullible will fall for their crap- just like they did with the russia russia russia nonsense- While it’s true nothing has come of the investigation, the msm are spinning it to make it look like Trump is intimidating witnesses, covering up and firing anyone that can hurt his chances- The left have learned that the truth doesn’t matter- the only thing that matters is “The ‘Seriousness’ of the charge”
I just hope the independents will see through the crap the left are pulling- and continue supporting Trump-

That’s exactly what i was talking about in my last response- they are already trotting out the accusations and proclaiming that he is trying to cover-up his wrongdoings- again, it’s not the facts that matter, but the ‘seriousness of the accusations’- The left thrive on lies and false accusations
