Don’t forget that Congress has been using a tax payer funded slush fund to pay off sexual abuse allegations.

I was just thinking about that yesterday. No one seems to be talking about that anymore.

The other thing people need to remember a guilty plea is not an adjudication of a court. Davis and the feral media are acting like it is.

Huh? President Trump is not the kind of guy who forgives back stabbers and this guy is the biggest backstabber yet!

Since the matter was not adjudicated, the facts alleged by the 2nd district of New York prostituter are not established as fact. They remain only allegations.

These are not campaign contributions by any stretch of the liberal fascist fantasy land imagination.

Cohen is a wuss, and he’s running scared.

Lets see if Cohen begins to “fabricate” evidence.

Allowing this to stand will set a very dangerous precedent. Prosecutors will be able to browbeat defendants into pleading guilty to all sorts of things which aren’t actually crimes.

What surprises me is that none of the “Conservative” news sources seem to be talking about it in regards to all these allegations about Trump.

My prediction: they come to a sentencing deal. They agree that he gets sentenced on the real crimes. In California we would call it a “Harvey Waiver”- the judge can take the other conduct into account, but he is actually not sentenced for that conduct.
Now we in California only do HArvey waivers when the other conduct is actually illegal, unlike here, but I expect something like this procedure will be used as the necessary whitewash to cover the fact that,
Well, he’s admitted to stuff that is not illegal

Prosecutors do it all the time.

If I was facing 60+ years in prison on tax fraud charges I would admit to being part of the JFK assassination conspiracy to get a lenient sentence ... even though I wasn't even born yet in 1963.

“Tweeting ain’t going to get it done. You have the entire American legal system working to destroy you. I suggest you fight back with the power of your position. A good target would be the head of that snake - the DOJ - and you have all that you need to take it out.”

Tweeting is girly bitch behavior.

Trump should hold a presser where he basically repeats Kennedy’s warning the we need a free society and can’t classify everything and declassify a crap ton of documents

The FEC investigates and prosecutes federal election crimes not the DOJ, FBI or the Mueller investigation. The FEC has not investigated this matter. Cohen and hid idiot lawyer pled guilty to crimes not in evidence.

And an example why whoever it was on Trump’s transition team that was charged with vetting AG candidates blew it BIGTIME.

My question is this: Is it considered a crime in the U.S. code to charge an American with a crime (collusion) that in reality doesn't exist per se?
