A Yale University classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has claimed that he exposed himself to her at a college party, the New Yorker magazine reported late Sunday.
The woman, Deborah Ramirez, has called on the FBI to investigate the alleged incident. The magazine's report, which is co-written by Pulitzer Prize winner Ronan Farrow, states that four Democratic senators have received information about Ramirez's allegation and at least two have begun investigating it.
The report was published days before Kavanaugh is to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee about an allegation of sexual assault against him dating to his days as a high school student in the early 1980s. The accuser in that case, Christine Blasey Ford, has agreed to go before the committee and tell her story.

Kavannagh should call a press conference on Monday and bring his distraught wife and two daughters in tears and say for the sake of his family he can no longer continue in the process. He should say how his reputation has been destroyed by lies and the media and his family has been threatened and now his children are being taunted. Make the Democrats look like assholes. He should then announce he is filing a civil defamation suit against Ford and Feinstein and has hired the meanest junkyard dog attorney he can find and in a trial rake Ford and Feinstien over the coals and demand 10s of millions in damages. Ford’s sex life should become very public.

Actually it is much worse. Historically, and cross culturally, women's claims of rape and sexual assault have often been questioned in the absence of overwhelming evidence in support of their allegation. This tendency has been reduced in the last 50 years, which is a good thing since it helps real victims of sexual assault.
The antics and political theater of the left are likely to lead to a backlash, where police, judges, jurors, and society in general are less likely to believe claims of assault of abuse. That may be the real effect of all of the Democrat antics.
No, he can’t give in to the attack on him or these kinds of attacks will become ever more prevalent.
