If Feinstein is opposed to him, that’s all I need to know.

Bumatay, Buttigieg...what is it with these gay guys with references to their rear end?

. . and he openly worked on the Bush campaign.

That is not a conservative selling point.

Yep - not all homosexuals are insane radicals...we only see the uber-disgusting sector and make decisions with half the evidence hidden.

He did not have support from California Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala D. Harris, who said the White House never consulted with them about the nominee.
Checkmate.

An openly gay person isn’t necessarily any different from a heterosexual. These parades you see with strange dress and mannerisms are the problem. People like Patrick Bumatay only want to be treated equal, not better or privileged. He is a member of society, not an activist for special privileges, or someone preying upon others. For that, he should be no different in the eyes of society than anyone trying to improve our way of life. It was his choice in his sexual preference. I don’t agree with it, but it harms no one the way he is handling it.

I don’t give one hoot in hell what people do in the privacy of their own bedrooms, as long as they keep it PRIVATE.

The homosexual agenda is anything but private. Our schools, our laws, media, our businesses, our institutions - are all being perverted by the homosexual agenda. There's nothing private about the majority of homosexuals and the homosexual agenda!

Well, now we can make the case that Democrats are anti-Filipino.

I myself used to live as and identify as lesbian. Choosing to live that way means not being reconciled to God, but being captive to Satan to do what he wants.

Agreed - I have a few homosexual acquaintances...some were horribly abused as children/adolescents and others struggled for years trying to be normal until finding out 9to their chagrin0 that they weren’t.
The abused ones are quirkier but doing their best to fit in and act and dress “normally”.
The others, having come to terms, look and act normal and hate the activists and those who “cater for these special people”.

You’re welcome! I’m so thankful every day for what the Lord has done for me, and given me, and especially for my relationship with Him.

As it happens, many of the same things that deceive people in wealthy, “advanced” nations today into thinking that God doesn’t exist and that they don’t need Jesus to be saved from Hell are what also convinces people that it’s okay to live in homosexuality. People think to not follow the world is to miss out on something, when really people who don’t follow God are the ones that miss out on fulfillment here and for eternity.

“Choosing to live that way means not being reconciled to God, but being captive to Satan to do what he wants.”

But that’s a personal decision God leaves to man to make. Whereas I don’t agree with it, I am a firm believer that man/woman should have the privilege to make personal decisions as long as they do not effect anyone but themselves. And that includes everything from suicide to sexual persuasion. It’s not my business what you do in your bedroom that is lawful. I don’t act as traffic cop and tell you whet to do. I expect the same.

If a person is abused and has obtained a mental disorder concerning sexual persuasion, then that can be considered a medical problem. The man we are talking about, to my knowledge, did nothing but make a decision to do what he does as there has been no mention of a disorder. But he chose to keep it in the bedroom for his physical needs. This is one of the reasons I hate the word “openly.” He is an average citizen as far as the public knows just like everyone else. It is only in private that he is in a minority of the public with his lawful sexual choices/practices. It’s none of my business at that point.

But isn’t this something that God gave to us...choice? I walk down the street every day and there are hundreds of choices I make.

I disagree with homosexuality as a recreational act. But there is no law against it and God and the law say it’s okay to decided to do it./...as long as it doesn’t harm anyone.

FPO:
I guess one has to suffer from an abnormality to really grasp what it is like - if I can’t walk in another man’s shoes, I won’t arbitrarily condemn him because I find parts of him inexplicable.
Perhaps if I had suffered horrible sexual abuse as a child and was still in therapy at 70, I might be able to condemn one of the homosexual acquaintances I have - if I had also overcome and become “normal”. If, after being raised in a decent and Christian household, I married early and struggled for years trying to figure out was wrong and discovered I had no attraction for women, I might be able to condemn another - only if I was also able to overcome the malady.
As soon as you have the same experiences and triumph over them, I will consider your words.

My experience with homosexuals tells me some make a choice and some are either abused or inexplicably discover they aren’t normal and have no idea of why.
