Better review those videos again.

Prosecutors warn there is ‘evidence that does not support criminal charge’ in case of four cops accused of killing George Floyd as they say police can use a ‘certain amount of force - but not excessive’

Still waiting for images showing a knee in Floyd’s shoulder blades.

Don’t have ‘em, do ya?

here’s some advice, if a cop tells you to get out of your car, you better get your ass out. Once they stop or detain you, you are under their custody. They drag you out because you’re not listening and getting out per their request. Many cops are killed by simple calls like this.

You fight whatever you need to fight in court.

Yup, just what I thought. More insults. Nothing. What you’ve completely ignored is the FACT that MPD followed your advice with their LAST murderous cop, he didn’t talk to IA, they still managed to get a conviction, and the only thing MPD gained was having the guy still on the payroll when he got indicted.

The guy died. The force was excessive.

Go to around the 4:45 mark in the video and it clearly shows what I saw.

The crux of this discussion I was having with you was that normal procedures should have been followed. The officers should have been put on leave and given the opportunity to give a statement to IA. Procedures are established for a reason, and they should be followed for a reason.

I wanted to go on, but you are still stuck in emotions and not wanting to understand other issues. So, we part here now.

And you’re WRONG. MPD needed to fire them. Paid leave while we wait to see if the prosecutor can be bothered to make something stick is the wrong these have been being handled for decades. It’s time for PD’s to understand that no matter what happens down the road with possible prosecution putting cops involved in these situations and vacation is a bad look. Your vaunted procedures are not working. Haven’t ever worked. It creates an image of cops being a protected class that can, and far too frequently does, get away with murder. And your desperate need to throw insults into every post shows that you know you’re full of crap.

And this is my last post to you turkeys. All that hysteria of choking, knee on neck, strangulation, is all moot. So stuff it.

Asphyxiation not the cause of George Floyd's death: Autopsy

Au revoir, toodles, kisses and hugs.

The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police... likely contributed to his death.”

Contributing factor. Not murder, but still murder in all moral senses of the word. Also notice the kneeler has been charged. So once again you are wrong in every single way possible.

"The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police... likely contributed to his death.”

This is a possibility, but even now it is not a certainty.

"Also notice the kneeler has been charged. So once again you are wrong in every single way possible."

I never wrote that he wouldn't be charged with anything. And it's why I hate dealing with you people because you just make shit up.

Keep in mind this also:
“Police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous,”

You said they scotched the case by firing him. You were wrong. They’ve got him on tape. You’re the one making shit up. So far all you’ve posted are lies and insults. As I said before: you are WORTHLESS. We’re done. Have the last word. I ain’t reading it.

They made a huge blunder by firing him BEFORE he could be interviewed by IA you dimwit. When are you going to understand what I am trying to get across to you? In a sports analogy, this would be called an "unforced error" and it is a huge burden off the defense. If you wanted a tough prosecution you would have wanted these officers put on leave as per normal procedures. What you are cheering for is that the prosecution has lost the opportunity to have their statements "fixed."

The defense attorneys for the officers are probably praying to God that the city appoints stupid people like you to prosecute this case.

Insurance company executives are probably praying to God for the Mayor and Attorney Keith Ellison to keep flapping their gums. At some point they will rightfully be able to state that they are relieved of liability for any damages because the unlawful behavior was encouraged by elected officials. And stupid people like you probably cheer too when buildings go up in flames.

You still argue like a GIRL!

Yeah, and Vince Foster and Jeffrey Epstein killed themselves.

If I were laying on the ground with some guy’s knee along the side of my neck, I’d be in a world of hurt. Very likely die of suffocation.

"Yeah, and Vince Foster and Jeffrey Epstein killed themselves."

Interesting theory. But I don't subscribe to it.

"If I were laying on the ground with some guy’s knee along the side of my neck, I’d be in a world of hurt. Very likely die of suffocation"

Hypothetically, sure. However in the present non hypothetical case the coroner's report does not support asphyxiation. But don't let that stop you from writing a letter and laying out all your medical and legal qualifications to convince him that he made a mistake. Best of luck!

Hi, I noticed this discostu guy just wrote the following to you:

"You’re the one making shit up. So far all you’ve posted are lies and insults. As I said before: you are WORTHLESS. We’re done. Have the last word. I ain’t reading it."

I see a pattern. Yesterday he writes to me:

"And if you weren’t a damned liar you’d know that. We’re done, you’re a liar and an idiot. have the last word, it won’t be read."

Lol.

He's like the kid who turns the board over and storms out when he's losing. Takes his ball and goes home. Puts his fingers in his ears and says "la la la la la I can't hear you".

I'm still laughing thinking about it.

No. I’m a person that realizes a flame addicted troll when I encounter one and walk away because they aren’t worth the trouble. Look, here you are trying to take a flame war to another thread, specifically against FR rules.

You are liar
You are useless
We are done

I think he went off the rails. One thing I never predicted was that the officers wouldn't face any charges and I did not at any time defend the technique used by Officer Chauvin. But my focus was to try to get across to him the strategic mistake that was made when the officers were fired instead of being put on leave. As long as they were on leave they could be called in to give a statement to IA. Then, since he wants prosecution and civil lawsuits, he should realize that the DA, the Feds, and the plaintiff's attorneys will have access to those IA interviews. The statements given to IA "fix" their future testimony. They can't go into a criminal or civil hearing and change their testimony from their IA statement. It would harm any credibility they want to establish at those hearings.

None of that mattered. All that mattered was that the officers were immediately fired, and attempts to show how that was unwise were futile.

Thanks for your support. I am sure that you too posted no lies and you too are not worthless. I would caution anyone who posts sincere educated statements counter to the kangaroo court mentality on cop threads to wear multiple layers of flame retardant clothing because it is going to get HOT HOT HOT!
