Do the Biden administration and the Democratic majority in Congress believe that America’s major competitors are willing to wait for the United States to sort out its domestic problems before ensuring the country has a military capable of defending its interests? That’s an important point. I grew up close to a steel mill that rolled steel for WW 2 ships and tanks. The whole place was torn down. So it’s not like you can fire up that mill again tomorrow.
We didn’t have a sizable “woke” population back then, with “transgender” types insistent on populating our military.
Islam is being hollowed out by younger generations who are exposed to the Internet and some very effective polemics that are widely available.
Many young Muslims, in the west particularly, are just going through the motions of being Islamic, pretending, in order to satisfy their parents or broader community.
Muslim leaders throughout the World are well aware of this.
There are huge peer pressures on Muslims to remain in the faith and that includes Death for Blasphemy and Apostasy.

Depending on how you count them, there are two, three, or more varieties of Muslim. The problem with the nuke them all and let God sort strategy them out is, it lacks the fine, but critical gradations with which they see themselves. Not covered by the media there are significant Muslims who are as much endangered by what we call radical Islam as we are. I’d like to point out that the west has no competing theology and is fractured and incapable of mounting the sustained effort that must follow to ensure success. There are 1.5 billion Muslims, quite a few of which are voters in the Western world. Imagining a conflict where the opponent does what you need him to is a losing strategy.
I would add the benefit of an isolated geography. Yet will future war be fought on the land, sea, and air? Will the next war be fought in cyberspace? Military strategists oftem make mistakes by planning for yesterday's war.
Nobody is ready for what will come soon, in a few decades IMO - Worldwide Islamic Supremacy (WIS).
Believers in Christ will be gone - in fact WIS will be launched by the departure of the saints from the earth (the great “catching up” (1 Thess. 4:17) AKA the rapture of the church).
Even Muslims will be shocked because the spirit of antichrist will be in full swing driving them to do things they would not ordinarily do as the “Twelfth Imam” (the beast) rises to power.
That will be Satan’s time, used by God to judge the world that has rejected the Christ who died for them, and to bring in Christ’s 1000 year rulership as the Prince of Peace.
And weapons won't be bullets or bombs, but viruses, as we have clearly seen.

All muslims, everywhere, of all sects, all depend on the superiority of their Allah over all other gods. Allah determines everything down to the atomic level. To utterly destroy their most holy places, utterly defeats the central tenants of Islam - in effect humiliating their central beliefs, leaving them without Allah who allowed himself, as embodied by the Kabbalah, to be destroyed by what they all believed to be lesser gods (Allahu Akbar - my God is greater then your god).
