These people are unprincipled cage-fighters animated by their seething lust to destroy Orange Man Bad. Our upper echelon law enforcement has been transformed into an iron fist, and we’ve taken unprecedented blow after unprecedented blow for years now — presidential candidate Trump wiretapped, the Russia Hoax, two impeachments on the flimsiest of grounds, FBI raids of conservative journalists and political enemies (especially those in Trump’s orbit, including his attorneys Michael Cohen and Rudy Giuliani), and most recently, the reprehensible raid of the Trump family’s beloved home. Why on earth would you think these people will stop there?
And because it’s unimaginable to conservatives to politicize and weaponize the DOJ and FBI to this extent, we’ve been caught flat-footed every time the establishment demolishes yet another norm of American civility.
Did you think partisan Leftists are conducting all these endless trumped-up malicious prosecutions for fun? While that is undoubtedly part of it, there is now an all-out race to be the Historic™ first prosecutor to hack off a presidential scalp. The mad dash is on! Who will take that victory lap? Who will be the champion to bring the Party the coveted optics of a Trumpian perp walk and mugshot? Who will be the toast of the elite, with access-for-life to the best parties, jaunts, and boondoggles? Who will rake in all those fat book, Netflix, academic, and corporate appearance deals? Dems cheated their a$$es off and committed massive fraud to create 81 million BALLOTS, not 81 million VOTES for Brandon the Great Divider.

There is a major difference today. Today, there exists the most effective propaganda machine in history. It reaches hundreds of millions at the speed of light. It’s range is... the whole planet.
I suspect the ball-less will play more of a role in this one. In a way that doesn’t require balls of course.

Gotta love Grassley’s idea, using the issue to help in the midterms. If A) I believed he was serious and B) I didn’t know that the lawless Demagogic Party stool, er tools (sorry, dyslexia) were going to shred or burn everything while the media applauds, I’d feel a lot more optimistic.

The opposition does not need to deal with Trump in that matter. IMHO we are more likely to see Trump supporters under attack. False flag events, such as FBI swarming the podium to arrest Trump as he speaks, sparking an immediate violent reprisal (assisted by undercover Feds)….suddenly it’s a mass casualty event perpetrated by MAGA-ites. Or it could be more Covid BS.
But….Someone posted earlier that Trump will never being president again. This means going scorched earth if necessary. The left cannot lose the 2024 election. The question is not whether the opposition would try to get rid of Trump permanently if there weren’t other options . The question is would they be successful.
The best way to make Trump go away is to re-elect him. He’ll be gone in four years.
