Trump Suggests ‘Termination’ of U.S. Constitution Allowable over 2020 Twitter Scandal [UPDATE: The author is spinning. Trump's actual words are now posted below.]

Former President Donald Trump suggested the “termination” of the United States Constitution could be allowable in response to the bombshell report that the Democrat Party colluded with Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

The former president made his observation via his Truth Social account on Saturday following journalist Matt Taibbi’s thorough report on Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 elections at the behest of newly-minted CEO Elon Musk.

The author of the Breitbart article above is spinning (lying). Here's what Trump actually posted.

“Go tell your boss you applied for his job, see what happens.”

Trump wasn’t and isn’t the boss of DeSantis. If Trump keeps acting batshit crazy, he won’t even be competitive in the primary.

“He didn’t give the left the satisfaction. “

No, he boasted about what a great night HE had. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Trump isn’t playing 16 dimensional chess. He is repeatedly making statements that are really turning people off. If he has lost my wife and I, then he has already lost most of the nation.

“Our elections are rigged, the evidence is everywhere.”

Then America is over and you are welcome to LEAVE! I despise cowardly bastards like yourself who insist there is no hope. If the elections are rigged, then Trump can’t win either. There is no hope if “our elections are rigged”. Where is your proof? Oh right. You don’t need any. You just claim it is obvious. People don’t vote the way YOU want and YOU know YOU are the majority and the vote is all a big lie.

Me? I want to win in 2024. And 2026. The rules are what they are. We’ve just seen a Republican WIN in Deep Blue California:

“Republican nominee John Duarte is projected to win the race in California’s 13th Congressional District, beating his Democratic opponent, state Assemblyman Adam Gray....

The district has not elected a Republican since 1974, and Democratic voters outnumber Republicans 42 percent to 24 percent, with more than 21 percent identifying with no party preference.”

https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/3718703-republican-flips-northern-california-congressional-seat/

Amazing but true. After weeks of counting in CALIFORNIA, in a district that hasn’t voted Republican since NIXON, a REPUBLICAN WON!

Guess someone rigged HIS election too, eh?

Thanks for your thoughtful post. Trump could have written ...”A massive fraud of this type and magnitude ALLOWED for the termination off all rules....even those found in the Constitution.” This would have made it clear he was stating the fraud is what terminated those mentioned rules, etc. Even those in the Constitution.

The use of the future tense “Allows” shows the remedy he suggests of upending the Constitution in order that he either be declared the rightful winner or a new election held has not yet been applied. He is stating how he could become the sitting president in face of the fraud. If the solution he offers are not permitted in the Constitution than it is legit to terminate its rules. He is trying to fall back on the Founding Fathers by suggesting doing so would be o.k. because they would not condone fraudulent elections. Of course they wouldn’t.

So you think we can tell Blacks and Hispanics they can’t
post here?

No one told blacks and Hispanics they could not post on Twitter. No one was banned from Twitter because of their race. They were banned and shadow banned because of their political views and/or being politically incorrect.

People are zotted on FR because of their political views. No one has ever been banned because of their race.

No one has been arrested for posting about their political views anywhere, however. First Amendment.

What gets lost in the shuffle here, is that the FBI, perhaps
the Justice Department, and who knows what other government
agencies were conspiring to not only shut down the expression
of Conservative opinions on social media, but you had the
full MSM blocking reporting of anything that would be
supportive of Conservative views and policy, and denigrating
Conservatives with lies and false flags all the while.

Russian collusion was the most prominent example. Once
that was proven to be a fraud, no one was taken down for
creating and pushing the false narrative.

This was absolutely a denial of the First Amendment against
Republicans and Conservatism. Granted, the RNC was
probably on board as far as they were concerned.

One site like FR denying Leftists a voice is one thing.
Jim conspiring with the FBI and other government agencies
in addition to the entire MSM and other major social
media sites would be wrong, unless the Left were exhibiting
criminal behavior.

I would submit they are a subversive Marxist org trying
to subvert and take over the United States. They are
at their core a criminal enterprise.

The right simply wants the Constitution to be adhered to,
the bedrock from the nation’s inception.

It has already happened! Do be fooled. There is no constitution at this point. We have political prisoners with no due process we have gestpo in the form of the justice department and we have voter suppression fraud and open boarders. So yea the constitution is not in force at this point and those that think it is is a frog in boiling water

So what’s the plan? We all go to Washington like suckers again, and rot in jail? So far, that seems to be the extent of his planning.

If government agencies were interfering and causing people to be banned for expressing political views or presenting facts the political party in power did not like, that’s a whole different kettle of fish. You were arguing this:

********
“Try telling a Black person they can’t shop in your store.

Try telling a homosexual you won’t bake them a cake for a
wedding.

Now, explain to me why those two things not run by the
government are impossible to do.

The first amendment is a civil right every bit as much
as a Black person having access.

Anyone participating on a comments web sight, has a
right to participate.

To not allow it, is denying their first amendment rights.

The majority has civil rights too.

Thanks.
*******

It’s true a private business cannot bar or ban people because of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, etc. But “comments web sites” can and do put limits on speech. They are free to ban whomever they please for whatever reason. Democrats cannot spout off on FR — any who try get the zot. A gardening forum can ban people for discussing astronomy and an astronomy forum can ban people for posting about football. And so on.

But if the government gets in on the act and uses its powers of coercion to curtail citizens from expressing their political views or presenting facts ... that’s a different story, so long as the the citizen is speaking within the law.*

I suspect the coercion thing is key. If a Trump staffer called JimRob and told him Trump did not like the stuff CatHerd and DoughtyOne were posting here, and he looked at our posts and did not like them either and banned us, that’s one thing. If a member of Trump’s staff called him while Trump was still president and said the same and also hinted that the IRS would be sicced on JimRob if he did not ban us, that’s something else entirely.

*Free speech does have limits. We have laws against libel, laws against incitement to violence, laws against terroristic threats, and laws against incitement to immanent harm (eg shouting fire in a crowded theater).

Seems a lot of people on the thread aren’t thinking clearly.

Obviously Trump means that since there is no constitutional remedy for fixing a stolen election therefore an extra-constitutional remedy must be found. He does not mean “get rid of the Constitution”. He means that to reverse tne stolen election requires action that will “go against” constitutional restrictions or rules.

Kash Patel said there are no constitutional remedies for a stolen election. He is right. So does that mean Trump and everyone who voted for him have to just swallow it: “Well, Bitem stole it, but there’s no constitutional way to fix it, so we’ll just sit and take it while our country, our freedoms go to hell since we can’t do anything that goes against the Constitution”. Meanwhile the Bitem gang is destroying our constituitonal rights.

Termination of the Constitution’s rules? That actually does sound fascist. I am adamantly opposed to this suggestion.

Aren't we all?

His words say "The fraud" is allowing termination of the rules.....not Trump.

Only God can save us now.

That's not the way God works though is it?

God directs us, but we have to do the fighting.

It is no different this time.

This is not about saving our country. This is about saving human freedom.

We had better get off our butts and identify our enemy and its weaknesses. We must attack the head of the snake, not its tail.

“Lately every time he opens his mouth he makes a bigger fool of himself”

Ever since June 16, 2015 the media, the Democrats, bureaucrats in the federal government, and globalists of every ilk have portrayed almost everything President Donald Trump has said as “the worst thing ever.”

All we need to do is to look at what POTUS Trump actually said to realize that the media, the Democrats, bureaucrats in the fed gov, and globalists (e.g., neocons) are lying to us over and over again.
