Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley says the impending indictment of former President Donald Trump is about Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg exacting political “revenge” and not about justice.
Mrs. Haley, a 2024 candidate for president, weighed in on the hush-payment case being pursued by New York prosecutors as the emerging GOP field faces pressure from Mr. Trump and his supporters to take sides in the matter.
“Everything I have seen from this New York district attorney is that this would be something he’d be doing for political points, and I think what we know is, when you get into political prosecutions like this, it’s more about revenge than it is about justice,” Mrs. Haley said Monday on Fox News’s “Special Report.”

It's ok to pretend to, though, to get the nomination, and then dutifully lose the general so that Democrats retain the Executive power of the people of the United States.
We've seen this game before, and are sticking with the one guy who ACTUALLY opposes the Democrats and the militant left.

The poll numbers were devastating for her and Ron as people saw what judicial persecution looked like.
If the Democrats are successful at weaponizing the judicial system in this manner, they can eliminate strong opponents and replace them with worms.

Great question. Perhaps DeSantis and Haley knew that making any response (even a kind one) regarding Trump’s little problem would come back to bite them in the butt.

Because she’s obviously adviser-driven. She waits days and days to say something, and when she does, predictively, it’s weak sauce.
We’ve seen her like before. She’s a McRomBush with no stomach for the fight.
revenge for??? winning in 2016? not sure i get her argument. does she not see the pattern of the FISA warrant/spying on campaign, Mueller, Impeachments 1 & 2, J6 travesty, electoral irregularities, collusion of media/social media to ban free discussion, as abuses of power, of the weaponization of the justice system, of electoral interference. more than revenge. but finally she has said something. i think she and DJT have managed to remain civil.
You think so? Well, hopefully she’s learned her lesson like the rest of us. And stay away from supporting Trump in any fashion whatsoever.
