Let’s be blunt — legal weed is turning New York workers into zombies
New York Post ^ | Apr 16, 2023 | Steve Cuozzo

The Big Apple is now the Big Blunt.

Not just because decriminalized marijuana led to proliferating mayhem in the five boroughs.

Not just because stinky smoke hangs everywhere, seeping into subway cars and even Broadway theaters — the acrid odor I detected in the crowded men’s room of the Majestic Theatre a few weeks ago was not from “The Phantom of the Opera” smoke machine.

It’s also because of a forbidden-to-utter truth, in an age where raising the minimum wage ever higher has become mantra — namely, a license to get high has turned service employees into zombies.

9/11 was a proven conspiracy by Dr. Judy Wood who revealed the method of destruction and was murdered for it.
Chemtrails contain many toxic heavy metals, chemicals, & nano-techology, found in all water and ice around the world including polar caps. It kills fish, birds, crops, vegetation, insects, destructive to people inducing morgellons disease (denied by science). See Harald Kautz Vella’s research on morgellans in humans. See Tony Pantalleresco, who has nano poisoning. It is the toxic “soup” Julienne Assange spoke of used by military to direct missiles and allow EMF to travel within.

Compare the regions that have used cannabis as an intoxicant for thousands of years to Western civilization which has always been alcohol-based and never adopted cannabis over those thousands of years even though they knew about it.

Can you write your conclusion? Societies that consumed alcohol were more prosperous than those that used marijuana?

A lot of people take psychiatric drugs. I think everybody benefits if they use marijuana instead of taking psychiatric drugs.

Cannabis is finally being legalized due to its proven medicinal value. I imagine the DS had to give permission to allow its use again.
I use CBD oil to function and I’m only aware of it when it wears off because I become aggitated, angry, and depressed. I spent years and tens of thousand on therapy, and antidepressants that made me feel worse.
I was in my 70’s when CBD was recommended by a 70 y.o. Christian friend after I developed agoraphobia and insomnia. I finally have some emotional and intellectual freedom in my life and can get needed rest not sufficiently provided by other drugs or supplements and yes I have tried any and all that were suggested elsewhere in this post.

They call it safe drug use, I call it, assisted suicide.

Do you think gun shops are assisted suicide stores?

Just look at what is mentioned in the post and compare them.

“A lot of people take psychiatric drugs. I think everybody benefits if they use marijuana instead of taking psychiatric drugs.”

I think everybody benefits if they drink alcohol, the FR-approved intoxicant.

Certainly wasn’t my intention and sorry I was being honest. I guess that’s it for my participation on FreeRepublic, which I began posting on in 2001 and regularly supported when I did.

“It is also making NYC stink! Several friends of mine from NYC have said the smell of pot is terrible.”

Yeah, wouldn’t want to cover up the scent of the urine.

I’m happy for you that you found a way to get a good night’s sleep, which is a blessed thing. Self-righteous jackasses seem to be proliferating here lately.

It is hardly the same thing. Your analogy makes absolutely no sense. Government assisted drug use is very much the same as assisted suicide.

Of course. People compare marijuana and beer and say, beer is worse, so marijuana should be legal. I don’t make that argument because drinking beer is healthy.

The Libertarians in WA destroyed the Republican Party in the state. In my county they supported the construction of a coal terminal which had been turned down in every port along the west coast. It was to be built and operated by the International Longshoremen Workers Union, which is associated with the Black Bloc Anarchists, Occupy Wall Street and Antifa.

I wouldn’t take a first generation antihistamine except on an occasional basis.

Thanks! You have been more helpful than you know. Regarding risk level, I snipped this from your linked article. I will be talking to my Dad’s doctor today.

“The risks that we found are at the population level. For instance, we estimated that on average, people taking at least 10 mg/day of doxepin, 50 mg/day of diphenhydramine, 4 mg/day of chlorpheniramine, or 5 mg/day of oxybutynin every day for more than three years would be at greater risk for developing dementia. We found that this level of use was associated with a 10-percentage-point increase in the probability that an exposed person will experience dementia onset before an unexposed person.”

That is the plan. Zombies are easy to control. Free People cannot be controlled. They must be led.

This is a huge reason why we are in decline. Everyone knows that pot makes people apathetic and self absorbed. That’s our society in a nutshell.
