Disney’s She-Hulk star Mark Ruffalo is pleading with his followers to “organize the vote” after the U.S. Supreme Court overturning affirmative action in college admissions, and in a separate ruling, struck down President Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan, ending a $430 billion debt write-off that critics said had been a midterm election gimmick Biden knew was unconstitutional.
“Okay. So we all understand that the Supreme Court has become a right-wing ideological political institution under Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavanaugh, & Roberts. They’re for sale & illegitimate. Now, we have to beat them in the executive branch & the legislature,” Ruffalo tweeted on Saturday.

Every military contractor is desperate to hire “highly compensated minority (black) personnel.” That’s because probably every government contact now has a clause that they withhold a percentage of award fee* unless you meet the EEOC requirement. For the most part the black candidates are useless. They have fabulous grades but don’t know the material the grades represent. They were passed along because if a professor doesn’t pass them the prof gets a bad review. Because the universities are no longer trusted to only graduate people who know the material, you have to pass a proctored exam for most STEM jobs now. You want a quality engineering job, then you need an ASQC membership and passing test scores. It pricey. Same for being a project manager, or a software developer. If you are qualified for several positions, you’ll still need whatever private group memberships to even apply. This really raises the financial bar to getting a different job. It used to be if you had an engineering degree and some experience, that’s all you needed. It’s time to retool the college world and throw out students who can’t legitimately make the grades.
* Award fee is above and beyond the negotiated price and is usually based on cost and performance to schedule. This is where the top company brass gets their million-dollar bonuses.

Mark Ruffalo is NOT the star of She-Hulk. He plays the Hulk in the Marvel universe movies. As such, he does some crossover appearances in She-Hulk, which is about a female hulk that looks like one of those “inappropriately ‘sexy’” Halloween costumes.
