Eighteen people were wounded and two were killed after a fight led to shots being fired Sunday morning during Tampa, Florida, Halloween celebrations.
The Tampa Bay Times reported that the shots rang out about 3 a.m. Sunday morning, wounding 19 and killing one.

Big difference between the 2 shootings. White guy had a much higher kill to shot ratio. If whites get pissed we will burn the world not just our liquor store.

Had Robert Card been captured and put on trial, his psychosis would not have mitigated his guilt.
If this shooter in Florida is captured and put on trial, any psychosis he may have would be of little relevance to the outcome of the trial.
I remember a character in an Elmore Leonard book stating that you had to stand in line to commit a crime in East East St. Louis.

Just imagine all the places where you have been … that have been the sites of these high profile shootings.
For me - I know I have been to Ybor City a few times; also Charleston, SC.
A street in Tarpon Springs, FL (punk nut with a gun got snuffed by police late in Covid-era.
Then Pulse NightClub in Orlando.
It is a matter of consternation (?word to use?) to have been so close to where bullets were flying, but just NOT at wrong time.
