It's not Burger's King's job to arrest and prosecute criminals. This lawsuit is ridiculous.

I am sure Donald Trump is somehow to blame for this.

I wonder how many times BK called the NYPD and they did nothing due to the soft on crime rules in NY.

Plus the people elected to have drug dealers in the street by voting 89% democrat last November so I don’t know why this guy is complaining. They keep voting democrat and then complain when nothing changes, isn’t that the definition of insanity?
They said he’s a filmmaker, he lives in the leftist sewerhole of the east coast NYC where it would be impossible to do business unless you’re a Marxist, so needless to say I would bet the farm this guy votes Democrat and now he complains.

Spike Lee’s movie Clockers has a scene where a NY burger joint is overrun by drug dealers.

Ugghhhh doesn’t NYC let their ‘petty criminals’ do as they please? Burger King is not in the law enforcement arena. Does this suing citizen vote for the DemRats? If so they got what they voted for.

But if he actually made changes, then he wouldn’t have a reason to sue for $15 million.
I’m only joking a little bit. The federal government runs this con on the taxpayers and voters all the time. They overreach on purpose so that another group can sue, and to settle the suit they come to a “consent decree” prohibiting the action… it’s a way to get laws without actually passing a law.

They are doing this in Memphis now everywhere. The laws school is behind it in collusion with the government employees that have been shifted into the universities. Lawfare is now targeting businesses deemed to be bad for any type of "justice" that can be imagined.
"This business is bad for climate, health, racially inequities, yadda, yadda. "

Why is Burger King at fault?! What about local law enforcement? Burger King sells fast food; it is not a law enforcement body.

New York Magazine in the mid 1970s had a cover story (satirical-—mostly) of the Nationalization of McDonald’s. Said since nearly every homeless or poor person already uses Mcdonald’s the government could more efficiently turn welfare food allotments over to having people eat there. New York’s economy was so bad the lines for food banks and soup kitchens were looking like the Great Depression.
No mention of using the fast food places as drug bazaars.

Obviously the burger king is meeting whatever sales targets set for it by it’s owner. (if a franchise do we know who that is?)
I am pretty sure the karen reporting this has no idea how much food is being sold, who knows maybe they supply the local homeless shelter as a tax writeoff?
If they closed the store probably that same karen would claim they were raciss or something.

A group of eight to 10 “professional drug dealers” are allegedly having it their way at the BK at 106 Fulton St., near Dutch Street, which they use as a “base of operation, selling illegal drugs either at the entrance . . . or during inclement weather, selling illegal drugs within the Burger King restaurant itself,” according to the Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit filed by Kevin Kaufman, who has lived on the block for 20 years. The Burger King at 13th and Broadway in Oakland (CA) was a drug market. The store closed a few years ago and is now vacant.
To: grundle
Everyone should stop buying and taking the drugs. You can’t blame other people when you are so weak.

What’s BK supposed to do other than call the police ?
