Doesnt NYC have a main library? Thats where some of ours set up shop...
...yknow, 3 or 4 blocks from the cop shop.
No way anyone would ever find them there.
The Burger King 👑
He’s king, after all......
RE: not Burger King’s job....
True.
Also:
The Supreme Court of the United States explained that it is a “fundamental principle of American law that a government and its agents are under no general duty to provide public services, such as police protection, to any individual citizen.”
The U.S. Supreme Court has also ruled that police have no specific obligation to protect. In its 1989 decision in DeShaney v. Winnebago County Department of Social Services.
Blazing Saddles.

It’s time to build a wall around Manhattan to contain the troublemakers.
The New York War on businesses is escalating.
“would you like some crack with those fries?”
It’s mostly cognative dissonance. Those voters never for one second connect their voting with things like this.
Well then I guess if any drug deal happens on a street or sidewalk
In front of a business. Can that business sue the city for 15 mill$$
Why didn’t these upstanding citizens call the police, if they
were so upset?
Drop kick this case back several decades and move on.
This time it was Manhattan instead of the state AG, but it seems likely that Letitia's legal theft from Trump made Manhattan jealous.
Why is this news? How does this come as a surprise to anyone? Thanks to the biden administration, the drug cartels openly operate at or near the USA border smuggling both drugs and/or people. Makes perfect sense that the end-user dealers would also operate out of or near a USA facility since the police have been recalled due to fkd NYC liberal programs. Theres no cops to protect anyone and who gaf since everyone is stoned off their asses anyway, business owners included. All thanks to woke liberal left democrat policies. I say gtfo while you can or embrace the suck! Rant /off.
This what they mean by “have it your way”? LOL.
It is their job to roust them out of their premises and keep them from hanging around. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re getting a user fee from the dealers, which does make it Burger King’s fault. But what are the damages? If you don’t want to go to Burger King, there are other dealer-free establishments elsewhere. Manhattan is a culinary playground. Or at least it used to be back when I worked there.
Yeah, this doesn’t even make sense.
It opens a can of worms the size of New York state.
The cops can't control the dealers according to this. So BK tells them "begone" and they ignore it, what then?
Can’t be they’re slogging burgers and fries at profit in that environment. I think they’re getting a cut. And that makes them liable.
Atlas Shrugged...we’re all watching in real time the events that lead up to businesses abandoning any city that isn’t “good business.” Corporate America will take their money and go home. The question that follows is: then what? Then what happens to American cities when all the jobs leave? We’ll soon find out-
Blackrock buys up all the real estate for pennies on the dollar.
So, is the plaintiff saying that BK should have engaged in vigilatisms to enforce the laws that NYC has declined to enforce?
That can was opened when they sued gun manufacturers for shootings.
